Amazing job!! I couldnt be happier, Stephen was amazing and got stains from blue slime out of our carpet! We will definitely use them again!

I’ve used the chemist twice now.They are not cheap. But you get what you pay for!Professional people and they are thorough!They are efficient andDetailed oriented AND they came when I had an emergency! My puppy got a bug and was throwing up and had diarrhea! My poor puppy was out of control and my home was like a dairy barn! BUT the took care of it and my home looks like it’s livable again! They are my go to!

We have 2 boxer puppies, a 10 year old and 20 month old. We have had our couch for 6+ years now and it was way past due for it to be cleaned professionally. I drive by the building everyday and decided to contact them after one of our puppies had an accident on our couch. I contacted them about 6:30pm on. Thursday evening and Brandon answered my Google message within 5 minutes. 😯 I wasnt sure if they did upholstery but he said they did. I said great, when is your earliest availability and he said they could be here within 30 minutes if I was local. I gave them our address and they were here almost exactly 30 minutes later. They came in and assessed our couch and then went to town. Im not real sure how long it took but it didnt seem like it took too long. They cleaned my entire couch, cushions, arms, sides, back, front, back of couch and basically any piece of fabric they could find. They also applied a scotch guard at our request. We allowed it to dry overnight and most of the following day to be sure it was good and dry. I didnt realize just how stinky our couch really was. It smells and looks like a brand new couch again. 😊 Highly recommend!!

Super fast response and got a convenient appointment within a couple of days. Cant even tell where they replaced bare patches in my carpet.Also had to have some seams glued and I thought those were priced pretty high considering it was just glue and they are still noticeable and dont blend together.

Brandon and Tonya were fantastic! Very professional, text to let me know they were on the way for both the in-person quote and the service.They stretched and reattached the carpet in a hallway we had to take up due to a water issue. They also used some remnant carpet we had to patch and replace carpet in another room.They were able to come out to the house to give a quote with 24 hours and were able get us on their busy schedule to complete the job within 72 hours.We will certainly call Carpet Chemist next time we have any needs for carpet repair or cleaning. The Carpet Chemist was an incredible surprise in todays world. We had carpets which I believed were impossible to clean and stretch that covered large square footage. The carpet was high end stock and The Carpet Chemist was able to make it look absolutely brand new. They even returned a few times to treat a couple very stubborn stains which are now gone. We will use The Carpet Chemist for any future need including furniture. Awsome to work with and professional.

Brandon removed a stain in our carpet and it looks fantastic. They also stretched our carpets in several rooms and I am thrilled.

Carpet Chemist was available to clean and repair my carpet within a day of the phone call. You receive an appointment confirmation, a notice when they are en route and a follow up, all via text which are very convenient. They cleaned my carpet plus repaired two areas. They did great work and I’ll be using them in the future!

My carpet was stretching and getting worse and it needed cleaning. I was told that cleaning it would stretch it even more. Little did I know that Carpet Chemist would stretch it and then clean it. Didn’t know that carpet cleaners would do that. But Carpet Chemist will and wow it looks great. Just like new carpet again. Brandon and Stephen did a great job and good to work with. Had them in to stretch and tighten carpet, and what a great job they did. Buckle in carpet gone and they cleaned in past. Delighted and feel like I have new carpet. Daughter used them in past for some stains on her basement carpet, and she couldn’t believe stain was gone! We both highly recommend👍

These guys were great! Brandon, Tonya and the gentleman that helped clean with Brandon provided exceptional customer service. I was very confident in this company before they even got here as they were responsive and gave me a solid quote that only increased slightly with additional added services when all was said and done. My appointment was kind of dropped on them at the last minute but they arrived as soon as they could and did a thorough job. Although there are some stains that are still noticeable and some small areas where I can still smell pet urine, I’m going to give it a few days to completely dry. Regardless, my carpets look incredible for how much damage had been done to them and our apartment carpet being so cheap. I will be calling this company again for other carpet repairs and cleanings. I felt like they cared about my needs and wanted to give me the best quality service. They even spent time just talking to my boyfriend and I beforehand about random things and it made the experience feel very “human”. I’d give more stars if I could!

We had a huge paint spill on a Saturday morning and they came out within an hour or two and got right to work. They were able to get all of the paint out and my carpet that I thought was going to have to be replaced was saved. I can’t thank you enough! I would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys came out to fix a torn section of carpet that our cat had destroyed, and it looks AMAZING! You can’t tell where the repair was done and the carpet blends perfectly. They were super nice and helpful and gave us some great advice on stain removal too. We will DEFINITELY be going back to these guys when we need carpet fixes!

Excellent service, friendly and responsive. Overall the carpet is clean and smells great. They gave me a bottle of odor neutralizer which was very nice. Only critique is that I paid $300 and the spots I wanted rid of are still noticeable.

This business is top notch. The owners are friendly and down to earth, and do such a good job at communicating with the customer... which is important to me. Our carpet being in a busy farmhouse and a light color was awful. I was so excited as to how it looked after they were finished cleaning as it was night and day difference.
