I called them out of desperation because they were the only ones answering their phone on a holiday weekend. Rather than pay them mileage to come to another town, they were nice enough to give me the number for a local tow company that wasnt listed on Google.

Ross is very professional and very courteous, very direct with answering questions and very friendly. Great prices and quotes and long time experience. Has legal knowledge if youre in need of that due to your circumstance, which can come in handy, and is great with scheduling. Highly recommend.

First they only except cash! Second, they tried to get me to agree that my vehicle was totaled when it wasnt, it only had two flat tires a pierced brake line and a small dent on the right side door. I had my vehicle running in a week. Third they wont tow anything to your house if it was towed by the police or the state (something about double dipping). Three stars seems high considering all the negatives but they did have excellent customer service and the gentleman at the front desk was able to refer other tow truck companies to help me with my dilemma and according to him he wasnt trying to charge me an arm and a leg for my car even though I paid $190 to retrieve it after just 1 day.
