Had a transmission replacement on our Odyssey. He worked hard to find a transmission that met our mileage and warranty term needs. Unfortunately I took too long on giving him the ok to proceed.Finally gave him the ok but someone beat me to that particular transmission. He called me and explained (without mentioning I was the REAL reason I lost the opportunity) he was able to negotiate one with lower mileage and a better warranty on another transmission.We will not be going anywhere, couldnt have been better!
