The WORST insurance agent in Shelbyville, IN. Had for many years and found out they are charging TWICE as much for LESS coverage then State Farm quoted me.. So I called to ask about it and the young office girl had NO clue how to answer ANY of my questions and said Malcom Ramsey could call me back... He never did so I called him and he PERSONAL said he would call me back.. 2 Weeks Later, STILL NO CALL!! So I decided to switch and have been happy since!! Also a very Dark and Dingy office!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
