It was a Friday night around 5:45pm and my wife and I were about 1 hour into a 6 hour road trip, driving along 74, when our check tire pressure indicator came on. Upon pulling off the highway at a truck stop, we saw that wed gotten a screw lodged in one of our tires. It was suggested by an employee at the station that we head to the Walmart in Shelbyville. We were going to be pushing it to make it before they closed at 6pm so we tried to call ahead. They didnt answer. So we checked out Google to see if there were other options. We are so glad we saw Quick Lane during our search. We arrived shortly after 6pm and were out and back on the road by 6:15pm with a patched tire and a 3 screw as a souvenir. Quick Lane was incredibly friendly and worked extremely fast to get us in and out. Would absolutely break down near Shelbyville again in the future.
Amazing selection, wonderful staff, delicious food.
Quick service. Fair prices.
My wife was on a road trip with our three daughters when the battery light came on. Not wanting to have the car die in the middle of nowhere, she stopped here. With no appointment, the mechanics were super helpful and accommodating. They got the van in immediately, checked everything out, and gave her a quick assessment of how bad the issue was. They gave her the peace of mind needed to get back on the road, knowing she can have it repaired when she gets to our home mechanic. The place was clean and good. Our girls enjoyed playing in their little play area too.Our only recommendation is to include a diaper changing table in the restrooms.Thank you again for helping us out!
Courteous people. In and out quickly. I like the way they take care of myself and my F150!
Quick. Shuttle service too.
My first time to have work done, I thought they did a good job. I didnt like their hidden charges, they advertise one price an then charge you more when pay the bill.- Robert Mills
