Monns is quite cheap for what you get, I think its about $48 every 3 months for weekly trash service. $15 for large item removal you just set it out with your can. I know of people having issues getting their bills (myself included) I just called them and got it. Her husband has had health issues, a worker had an injury, shes been doing it all herself the past couple years but I think its getting back on track based on what I heard. If the worst thing about the service is you have to call to get your bill then thats not a big deal. They have been reliable otherwise for us!

Its been over a year and a half and no bill. I have called countless times. I have had them for over four years now but just in the last year and a half I started having problems with getting a bill. I wish I knew what was going on. I would really like to get caught up

I have been trying to reach them for OVER EIGHT MONTHS and both phone numbers I have refer me to a mailbox that is full. I have NO IDEA WHAT I OWE, and yet have not received a bill in over a year. They continue to pick up trash from me, but I cannot reach them. I am going to have to resort to sending them a letter to beg for a bill which Im sure is now outrageous. Extremely unprofessional.

Havnt received a bill in the mail since before summer, have tried calling and left countless messages with no return. Now our trash was not picked up sunday and can not get ahold of anyone.

I LIKE THE SERVICE BUT CANT GET THEM TO SEND ME MY BILL EVERY 3 MONTHS.

Called this company to get a dumpster, they were able to deliver same day for almost $120 cheaper than Rumpke (who couldnt deliver for 3 days...) Great service, very satisfied, will definitely use again if needed.
