Went in to have Monroe Tire check a vibration on a vehicle purchased a few months ago and found out that the dealership I purchased from put new tires on but did not Ballance the wheels. I had a great experience! It was my first visit and definitely NOT my last. They got me in the same day I called and fixed my tire even though they had not originally serviced my car. Best part it didn’t cost an arm and a leg !!! Can’t wait to go back!

I knew right away when I called these guys know their stuff! Then after bringing my car to them for evaluation I was sure of it. I then took my 2019 challenger r/t in for 4 where alignment after installing lowering suspension springs. They did a great job very fast service and recommended the parts I needed to complete the job. Very happy with the service and hospitality. Killer waiting building yes building not room, free coffee drinks and TV with great seating. Highly recommended for any car care needs you might have.

Very professional and they were able to get me the tires I wanted fast. They were able to install 4 brand new tires in no time.

Just made it to this store with an almost flat tire and they were closed, but they reopened the store for me! Double checked to see that I had a non-standard tire and made sure it got ordered that night. Car was ready the next day and the cost of the tire was competitive with online prices. They were courteous and respectful. Would definitely do business with them again! Respect.

Great service as usual. In and out right on schedule. These guys are top notch. 511 lounge next door is a huge plus. I could comfortably log on to WiFi and conduct work while editing on my vehicle.

Although my problems were outside of their capabilities. They were super helpful and receptive. Also transfered me to someone that could assist in getting my truck back to good condition.

Too expensive. $40 for them to look at something that you already did most the work to help them examine it. $300 for labor. I fixed what I wanted them to fix on my own & it only cost me $10. They wanted to buy a whole new item that was not needed only a part was needed so they dont know 100% what they are doing.

This was my first time here for an oil change, and I will be a return customer! I walked in and made an appointment for about an hour later. I was shown to a separate building which housed the waiting room, which is more like a lodge. Several sitting areas, an children’s area, TV, WiFi, coffee, and sodas. They do an all over inspection and when they’re done, they go over with you the things that need your attention. With absolutely no pressure. They report and receive info from Carfax, and because of them, I found out about a recall on my car that I had not been notified about by my cars manufacturer. They also offer tons of other services so i don’t have to go anywhere else really. And they’re all super friendly, have wonderful knowledge, and have a great sense of humor. Definitely would recommend.

Being a seasoned car owner I have purchased a few sets of tires over the years. I had the BEST experience ever with Monroe. They give me options to fit my needs without being pushy. I love the computer print out showing you the life of your tires so I can verify what they were telling me. Plus they will rotate my new tires every 5,000 miles. The staff was so nice and helpful. I will definitely get my oil changed and tires rotated every 5,000 miles at Monroe Tire from here on out!

They are a great place for oil change and fixing whatever is needed for your car. I went for an oil change and they presented me with a package that was awesome and they explain exactly what I was getting and they diagnose exactly what condition my car was in and they even text my phone showing me what was wrong and it didnt even cost alot to fix. I let them fix it and it was well worth the amount I paid and they have great customers service and they have an awesome waiting room for you to wait in. Even if you have your kids with you they are welcome there to and there is refreshment to buy while you wait. I had my child with me and she was able to be on her tablet to finish up her school work. And that was great.. My car run great. ❤

Cant align my truck because it has a 3 inch lift!!! While the last truck I brought them had 13 and they did it. This place has a bunch of whiney unqualified techs working here. Be careful what you let these guys work on. Not to mention they are way over priced. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to leave with your car is good safe working order. Mine isnt going to be safe because they wouldnt touch it after putting it on the alignment rack.

I took my 08 dodge half ton in for a vibration. I was pretty sure it was out of balance but wanted my shocks look at as well. They went above and beyond to get me worked in that day, and did a good look over everything in my suspension. They told me about a few issues that I need to keep an eye on.
