Service was spectacular. The clock repairman was very knowledgeable. He explained how our clock works. He checked out the mechanism. He showed me how to speed up and slow down the clock. Very friendly. Very reasonable price.

Has a watch of ours. trying to get it back but he is never there and doesnot return phone call. Just want the watch back. Any one know howto get ahold of him?

I took an old clock in for repair. I had the clocked worked on years ago but now,it had stopped again. He told me none of the parts were new that the 1st place put in, but for another $80 to HIM, he would fix it! So I did have him work on it, paid the $80 & took it home. Worked for a VERY short time so I took it back. He said he would repair it at no charge! Well, he had it so long I wondered if he even HAD it anymore! But finally was able to*9 get it! No charge...hmm...plugged it in...DID NOT WORK! Called...his response was that I had seen it plugged in & working. Hmmmm but it doesn’t work when all I did was take it home & 🔌 it in! Seriously!!!! Don’t trust him....wow, wow, wow, unreal how comfortable he was ripping me off! BEWARE...NOT TRUSTWORTHY at all!!!!! I would give him no stars if possible! I will be posting this review EVERYWHERE I can!

Lucky to have this place in Sheboygan!! Took an old wrist watch in with a broken crown and they were able to find a replacement for it and do the work at an affordable price. First class.

A fantastically professional and friendly staff. I have purchased over ten watches from them and have always been totally satisfied. The best! Sadly, things have changed in a recent timeframe. I hope Johnny is feeling okay. I hope to reach him at some point.

He picked up our non working grandfathers clock got it back 6 wks later in working order. 2 wks after his year warranty was up the clock stopped again. I have called numerous times to get an answering machine, always left a message. No response back. Messaged him on his FB page after 3 messages he finally answered and Setup date and time, No show or call. Messaged him again, oh he forgot. Setup another time and again a no show and no notice he wasnt coming. So beware!

They had my watch for 2 months. I couldnt contact them and they never contacted me. I figured out that they now are only open 1 day a week and the day/time changes. They didnt even start on my watch so I took it back. No apology and they were very rude.

Anyone know how to get ahold of them. I just need my watch back

Called, set up a appointment for them to come to my house to repair my grandmother clock.No show, no call to tell me they were not coming. Tried to call next, they have a answering machine, left a message, no return call.
