I would have given less than 1 star but that’s not an option.Took truck into shop for electrical problems...no headlights. They had it a day and a half, changed 2 light bulbs and headlight switch. Did not solve any problems and charges me $1983.52!!! And I still left with NO LIGHTS! They refuse to help any further!I would not recommend them to anyone ever!Terrible service!

Honestly, giving a star is at this time too much. I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. Immediately, I had to replace the pogo stick and the air lines. Im a brand new owner operator. I was upfront about my finance, and my plans. They say that they are here to support me as best they can, which turned out to be ingenuous. About 4 to 5 months my motor over heated. Originally, the air conditioning struggled to maintain cab temp. After speaking with a number of individuals, I figured the unit was struggling due to the intense heat of Texas. Come to find out the water pump, coolant reservoir low warning sensor, and radiator was bad. A week worth of downtime, and nearly 7k in the hole for repairs. I notified kriete group Sheboygan about it. They mentioned there 59 point inspection. I asked for a copy. They refused to provide it. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was referred to the manager who had said he will no longer communicate with me. All I did was point out that the truck was not in perfect condition, and I have had to make repairs since I drove it off their lot. I did not mind making these repairs, bit 7k is too much. They sold me a lemon, and refuse to allow me to speak with the owners of the company. At this point Im in the process of seeking legal action. If you plan to purchase a truck, do not trust kriete group with your business. They will tell you anything you wish to hear to make that sale. Once its done, professional courtesies are over. Be warned. I have attached photos of the major repair that was needed. They say that their mechanic has 30 years of experience. Either that is a lie, or the mechanic did not do a thorough inspection. The water-pump was missing pieces due to electrolysis. The entire housing needed to be replaced. The coolant reservoir sensor had some sort of white filmy paste on it, and the reservoir itself was outright dirty. To say nothing else, the tensioner needed replacing. Again, do not deal with these people. They will sell you a lemon, and sleep easy while you struggle and ultimately fail at your venture. I am a young entrepreneur trying to make something of myself so that my family can benefit from my efforts. Currently, I am on the verge of going out of business.Per your response. Your perspective is flaud. I told you about several repairs that I had to make within the first 30 days, you made no effort to make that right, yet here you are spouting about great customer care. Your dealership did not offer me 2 warranty options never mind a manufacturer one. Your sales guy was going to sell that truck with no coverages. I asked what was available, and all I was told about is the aftermarket options. I explained why financially I could not afford that, and asked for information about the manufacturer. I pursued the extended warranty. Your dealership did not offer any further assistance. The moment freightliner said the truck has to go through their testing, I had no one from your dealership to assist. At the very least, your dealership should have sought out options for warranty the moment you saw the mileage exceeded the manufacturers warranty. Yet, thats the level of professionalism here at kriete. I have full notes of these conversations and more. The damage to the water pump was not done by me. If you had done your research, that water pump was damaged prior to my receiving this truck. Chunks of metal is missing dude... The check engine light went off as soon as I let off the throttle. After dropping the shipment, I immediately took the truck into the shop. This truck was not inspected properly if at all. You refuse to provide the inspection list with no cause. You cut our communication and now here you are. As far as your dealership winning awards, lets face it, trucking companies have won awards too and their customer support, and the ways they treat their drivers is horrible. Yet, they still won awards. I dont have any clue to the standards by which your dealership is rated, but I have my doubts. I was a fool to trust this dealership. Not transparent.
