This company is not a great service to the community in Sheboygan, due 2 lack of communication, lack service. Today I called for service due 2 Blue cab not available, the reject dispatcher just hung up in my face. I repeat DONT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL. I will put blue cab first

Absolute worst taxi service in Sheboygan. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Dont show up after 30 mins, then hang up on you in a dramatic huff when you call to cancel after missing your appointment. Call ANY other taxi.

They live up to their name. The most used and relied upon by the locals. The cabs may not all be the same color, but the reasonable rates and experienced and knowledgeable drivers make this cab service truly the best in Sheboygan.

They are the Worst . I called a hour and a half before I had to be to work. They told me at st its a half hour wait. Then after calling back after the half hour. He says hes on his way. So waited another half hour. And called back I 6 times. He started sending me to voicemail. Immediately called Blue Cab. Who showed up in 10 minutes. They are so unprofessional it like a hood taxi service.

Terrible . Very unprofessional. A driver name Steve actually harassed me and made me very uncomfortable. The person that answers the phone is very rude and hung up in my face multiple times. They are supposed to call when they are outside, instead they leave. I very much do not recommend using this taxi. If I can give negative stars I would.

I had a very bad experience with them I hope they close there doors and walk away. Theyre very rude on the phone. And they smoke with kids in there cab. I have asked them more then once not around my kids. They use profanity all the time they run yellow and red lights cut people off and they do not apologize for being rude or disrespectful.

Worst taxi in Sheboygan. No communication skills and plain rude. Cant even answer the phone correctly. Dont use them. 2 dollars a mile 😂 truckers dont even get paid that and you have ugly cars too. Blue cab is better.
