Very disappointed.... called regarding inconsistentcy in payments and I was basically yelled at on the phone by the woman who took my call. She was very rude and refused to explain why I may be receiving 2 payments in 1 week, then nothing the next, the a payment the following, then a partial payment. Just called to ask a question and see if they could explain it to me and was screamed at. Super inappropriate and unprofessional. 😔

Horrible service! Doesnt anyone work there any more? No one answers the phone!! Called numerous time & absolutely no luck! How are we suppose to get a hold of anyone?!?! Unbelievable! Ive always thought this office was bad, but now theyre just ridiculous!

Called multiple times and left messages, no one answers or calls back. Could avoid a lot if unnecessary work,paper work, and opening court cases if people returned phone calls.

Covid 19 is serious, this agency does not care. ATTENTION: Brother received letter that seemed to have water marks on it and is now sick . Due to pandemic they wont take cash, so when you pay with cash (as nothing was said you couldnt at time of payment) they mail it back. Yes, true, they mailed cash after taking it in person. Sent out a bill with added late fee, that had looked like someone coughed on it (letter not envelope). An epic terror they got going on here.Update- Brother had died not long after this post...

If youre doing the right things in the right way they dont care about anything except themselves and not helping anyone else. I pray you never have to deal with them. If you do I feel your pain...

People dont answer their phones. 30 plus min on hold. If this is the service they give everyone then they need to revaluat their workers. Disappointed.

For women or men who are looking for assistance and HELP these ladies in this office are not comforting or supportive AT ALL. We need better office people please. Its so frustrating calling and feeling like Im bothering them when all I need is there HELP. Not very happy :(

Wont do anything to make my childs mother pay me thousands of dollars in back due child support. They arent even doing anything to enforce the current support order. My childs mother has 4 kids and custody of none. 1 with me and 3 with another dude I doubt he gets support payments either. Way to go Sheboygan county way to enable a dead beat mother. If the roles were reversed you know they would have my a** locked up in a heart beat.

As a payer, as much as I hate to say it, theyve always been helpful and clear with me. I havent had a bit of trouble. If youre having trouble, maybe theres something wrong with your case and you need an attorney? Just a thought.

They have failed on multiple occasions to come to the realization that i am the father of my own child and after multiple attempts to contact them in regards to me being the father, they finally sent us a document stating i was the father and the case was closed. Only to send us another document weeks later stating that the father of my child is “unknown” and we have “failed to cooperate with them”

This is the worst government office. They don’t care and they don’t help at all

Just an awful system going on in that building. The state is just in a very out dated and unbalanced system as well. Watch out for Sam the Ripper Basil...she cares about nothing of men in that system. She will take you for maximum if she can...even if the mother doesnt want to. Lol. Just awful woman

So hard to speak to case worker and also not helpful when u try to tell them u want to lower or take the man off child support cause he’s there n he’s financially n physical always there they don’t care they just want there $ never get a response either 🤦‍♀️

Hit or miss with these ladies. Sometimes they act like its a hassle to do their job.

Been waiting two weeks for them to verify my child support to my aosrtment. And every time I call they send me to a voicemail and never get back. Smh..... come on!!
