While its sometimes tough to understand when you hand all your money over to someone else, the money truly does go towards debts that the clients themselves create. They provide documentation of every transaction- money coming in, and money going out. There is no doubt about where funds are dispersed. They truly do care about their clientele, and want whats best for them.

I am almost in tears writing this. They dont care about their clients at all. If you truly care about the quality of life your loved one gets for their final years go to another place. There are places the offer a lot better services for the money and are friendlier.

Excellent company. They have been handling my money for 2+ years. Mistakes do happen, but its usually because I put them on the spot by overspending behind their back. I am impulsive and if not for their care Id be super broke. My contact has never yelled at me. Even when I used to overdraft accounts and get title loans to gamble, they treated me with respect and dignity.

Its been a decent experience they paid my rent twice in one month though

They dont return calls, they dont communicate.

Terrible organization. Ive had a horrible experiences with this company. They are liars, and they attempt to steal your money.
