We have been getting our parts powder coated at this place for a year or so. At first they were willing to help us get our decorative motorcycle parts to look super.Slowly, the quality deminished and the personal was UNWILLING to rework parts that were clearly not acceptable.We were told that the parts we sent within powder caoting standards REALLY?One half of the part was not completly sprayed and super glossy while the other side was flat and dull.They told us to bring in the parts to see what was wrong. In my opinion, they were never going to fix the parts.They wanted them so they could hold them for ransom as we got an e-mail demanding we bring our payment when we pick up our parts.If this is the way this place does business, NO THANKS.
