Was told due to high blood pressure I was unable to get a cleaning. However, I was able to get a root canal, fillings redone, and other more expensive services without even a check of blood pressure. I was also charged $25 dollars for PPE that was provided before the pandemic for the cleaning I was denied for high blood pressure. Seems like this dentist is going for all the money it can get from their patients rather than helping with their dental care.

I had the worst experience ever here. I had a dental abcess, was in horrible pain. The dentist wouldn’t give me pain medication until my dad called and demanded it after I called him crying in pain.The dental hygienist accidentally prescribed me 2.5 times the dose of antibiotics I needed, making me so sick I had to go to urgent care, where they gave me MORE antibiotics.They did my root canal and left my tooth completely grey, which I finally got fixed after three years, and my new dentist told me they didn’t even remove the dead stuff they should have, and my smile didn’t have to be ruined for over three years.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, ever.

Dr. Darling and his staff got me in the same day I had an emergency broken tooth. Not only were they kind and caring, but Dr. Darling went out of his way to make get me in to see the oral surgeon the very next morning for an extraction even though they were booked out for sometime. I am so appreciative of the kindness and for them going out of there way to make sure Id be taken care of.

Dr. Darling was great! The whole processes was pain free and was in and out of the office in less than an hour. Thank you Dr. Darling and the young lady that assisted him. Sorry I didnt remember the young ladies name but she did a great job, even the color matching on my teeth for filling was excellent. Both of them helped me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment. Thank you!

A few issues. The office is upcharging $10 for PPE that they already provide on a daily basis as well as telling me when I arrive at the office that they will not be providing a full service cleaning.. In other words charging me more money and providing less service.. I easily found a dentist that does not charge this fee and is providing a full service cleaning.

Very nice place. Staff is ready to greet you right away. Clean and bright.Been going to see Dr. Darling and hygienist Cheri for about 15 years. Would recommend to anyone.

My 17 yr old son is a new patient at Midwest Dental and I am so happy we chose Dr Geiger. He and his staff are so friendly, they make him feel comfortable, his anxiety is gone. They explain everything as they go, I feel well informed and appointments are easy to get. I am so relieved weve found a dentist we can trust. Highly recommended!

I do like this place. Staff is unhappy, inflexible, and customer service is never a priority. I have been here for years and am seriously considering leaving. I would recommend that you go to a different dentist if you are currently choosing where to go.

I had my teeth cleaned and the hygenist did a terrific job. I have to go back to have an old filling replaced by Dr. Geiger. Ive been seeing him for many years and wouldnt change.

Because of an insurance change, I was faced with the requirement to find a new dentist. I loved my previous dentist. As I searched the available local dentists, I had a terrible experience with a large chain. I actually walked out of their office. Then I was given the recommendation to choose Dr. Geiger at MIDWEST DENTAL! It was the best choice. Their facilities are beautiful, clean, the staff is welcoming and extremely thorough. I am so appreciative and so happy with their services. I recommend them to all of my friends. I am looking forward to my next visit. And, even if I did not have insurance, I would be a faithful client.

We always get excellent service at Midwest. We switched to them many, many years ago when the office was set up and the preferred provider for Kohler Company insurance. All our kids needed braces and we couldnt have afforded them any other way. We have only had 2 dentists in all the years there, so they know us very well. We always get in right away in an emergency and get compassionate care and dental advice, so weve stayed with them even after the kids are long grown up and other choices were available. Thank you Dr. Geiger, all the dental hygienists and assistants.

Only 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Rough on my teeth when cleaning. They were also very vague when describing charges. The paper I signed for the charges I agreed to pay for the dental work vs the bill I got in the mail 2 months after (even though they said I was paid up) did not match. So now I magically have to pay a lot more money that I was never made aware of. I will never go back to this place.

I had a couple of cavities filled and I wasnt afraid because they told me what to expect, and they didnt yell at me. I hope my mom continues to take me to Midwest Dental.

Dr. Geiger has been my dentist for more than 10 years. I am always able to get an appointment within a few days, to see Dr. Geiger, if I have a problem. The friendly staff always greets me with smiles and are efficient and professional. Dr. Geiger and his staff treat me and my family with compassion and a caring attitude. Ive never had to wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room or the dentists chair.My family will continue to see Dr. Geiger and recommend him to friends. We trust him to provide the best possible dental care and rely on his experience to know what we need.Ashley Helling is a kind and wonderful hygienist who keeps my teeth in great shape while making me feel comfortable in her chair. I always make my next 6 month appointment when I am there for my cleaning, her schedule gets filled up fast.

I have been a patient of Dr. Geigers for almost 25 years. He has been more than just a dentist, he is almost like family. He has been through everything from braces to root canals with me. I have three grown children who grew up with Dr. Geiger as their dentist. There are many good dentists I am sure, but Dr. Geiger is TOPS with me. The staff at Midwest are also great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bob Darling for many years (15) or more. I appreciate his professionalism, & punctuality. The office staff, hygienist, and Dr. Bob are friendly and caring. The office & patient care rooms have a clean, warm feeling about them.

We visited the office for a broken tooth and a filling. Dr. Darling did a great job explaining the problems and walking us through the process. Also he did a great job repairing the tooth. The staff were very friendly and professional.

I always get good service...but their billing stinks. The only place I go to and get estimates. The final bill is always more than the so called estimate. You know what you charge for the procedure...you run the insurance to find out what percentage they pay. Simple math to me but I guess not to them. Im tired of always paying extra a month to 2 months later after initially paying the day of service.

I was looking for a great dentist and customer service. I have found it. Everyone is thorough, friendly and professional.

Since I was young I had a fear of the dentist. As an adult I avoided the dentist unless it was absolutely necessary to see one. Recently we moved to Sheboygan, WI and I was referred to Dr. Darling at Midwest Dental and it was obvious I hadnt seen a dentist in years. I didnt get a speech nor did I get treated badly. From the time I contacted Midwest Dental to make my first appointment to the end of my first appointment I was treated with amazing respect. Dr. Darling and his dental assistant took more time with me than I expected. Never made me feel rushed, listened to and answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know how impressed I am with Midwest Dental.

If I feel I can not afford what they suggest I do without so far I have no complainats everyone there is very friendly and help;ful

I recently went to see Dr. Grech for a chipped molar. After x-rays and an examination he said I needed a root canal and a crown. I was not having any pain so called the office the next day to ask him to reevaluate the diagnosis to see if there was any thing else that could be done. I could not talk to him directly but was told by his secretary that it was my only option. Because this was going to cost me over $2,000 I went to another dentist (Paradise Dental in West Bend) that I had seen in the past for a second opinion. They told me I did not need a root canal and they could do a fix that would get me through the next 7 months at which time I could purchase better insurance to cover most of the cost of the crown I needed for a long term fix.General review of the office: The staff was nice and they were helpful with sending my x-rays to another office for the second opinion. The office itself is pretty dark and boarding on being old. Dr. Grech isnt very personable and I didnt get a good vibe from him....even before I found out that his diagnosis was wrong (at least half wrong). Personally I would never go back but I gave them 2 stars because they were nice and willing to send my x-rays.

Afraid to death of needles! they have awesome strategy for fear of needles...would not go to anyone else...the doctor would say ouw ouw which made me happier to sit in chair

The initial experience I had with the dental assistant who took my X-rays was awesome! Dentist was also great, as he took the time to explain what he was doing as he did it. If you need those pearly whites worked on, I’d say this is the place to go.
