From start to finish Doug and his team took care of all the details, and answered all of my questions and concerns right away. I was very pleased with the attention to detail. They made the experience worry free, and my mom looked beautiful.

Mike was wonderful to work with when my father passed away. The funeral was held out of state and Mike coordinated everything from the obituary in my father’s hometown newspaper to arranging for military honors with the local American Legion. The funeral home even checked in with me weeks after the funeral to see how I was doing and whether they could continue to offer any support. I highly recommend their services.

Greg and staff at Reinbold-Novak were incredibly accommodating and put extra effort into helping us through planning my father’s service. They did so many extra things they didn’t have to do, like providing masks and hand sanitizer, personalizing songs for during the service, contacting and coordinating with the VFW for a gun salute, collaborating with the pastor and mausoleum, writing a beautiful obituary and also offering to drop off flowers and extra items at our house for us. My experience at this funeral home was exceptional! My family came together to organize and plan our first family funeral in early April. All of my siblings live in different Wisconsin cities so we made an appointment with Greg on a Monday morning to plan the service for our father. Greg was extremely professional and compassionate and we all felt at ease asking questions and making decisions. He listened attentively and offered helpful suggestions. Greg accomodated my personal request & downloaded several of my dads favorite religious hymns to play during the visitation which meant so much to me. The funeral home was comfortable, clean, & quiet. The funeral service went just as we had hoped for and Im sure dad was smiling down at us. Greg took care of organizing the veterans salute which was very meaningful to us. Thank you Greg for making this somber occasion one we can remember with good thoughts. It was obvious from the beginning that we would be using Reinbold Novak Funeral Home based on their fantastic reputation in Sheboygan, WI. While many people only require the services of a funeral home occasionally, its important to be fully informed in order to choose the right one. When the time came, Mr. Reinbold came to the house respectfully dressed in a suit to pick up my father who had passed that afternoon. Always professional, he and his assistant treated the family with respectful efficiency and compassion. At the initial meeting to discuss the visitation, Mr. Reinbold helped us choose the most economical service. We had prepared a list of wishes and he did not push to upsell or treat the family in a way other than completely helpful and respectful. I feel this is important to note because some families may feel unprepared and taken advantage of. Rest assured, Reinbold Novak will treat your loved ones passing with the honor and respect due the event. We had prepared an obituary with photo which was posted on their website, but was also offered a free line publication in the Sheboygan Press, which was most appreciated. On the day of the visitation (we chose a viewing with cremation) Doug Reinbold was immediately there to greet and assist the immediate family with the necessary set-up. We had brought a portable speaker to play my fathers favorite album; Stardust by Willie Nelson. Instead, Doug offered to attach my i-phone to the chapels system. Fantastically thoughtful and much appreciated! We were allowed to set up as we wished with several tables and easels provided for photo boards and special items. We were offered free boards for the posting of photos. We had already purchased boards for the visitation; nice service though! The flowers were from Hoffmans in Sheboygan. Extremely beautiful work considering the visitation was in January. Overall, we couldnt have asked or planned for such a superb experience during this difficult time. Thank you to Doug and Michael Reinbold and to the staff at Reinbold Novak.
