Pro-Tree is excellent. As a woodland restoration specialist, I know what to look for in an arborist/tree care company. Their certified arborists are top notch because they give a darn about the trees. Theyre polite, efficient, high quality, safe, fair, attentive to detail, and clean. They have good communication too. Highly recommended!

Wes came out to evaluate our neighborhood tree problem. He gave a very thorough assessment of where everything was at and that, unfortunately, most of our trees can’t be saved. We appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and in-depth knowledge.

These people are not professional. They get people in trouble for things that are not right. They yell at people who take there business away. It is not a company I would use.

Pro-Tree has been very knowledgeable about any tree issue I have had. I would not hesitate to use Pro-Tree for any tree issue or answer any questions, large or small. Ashley and Wes are very hard workers and do a great job! I highly recommend them!

I have used Pro-Tree at my home and it was a seamless process. We had a 2 month old who wasnt sleeping the best and a tree that needed to go down (not the best combination.) Not only did Wes and his team remove my tree at a remarkable rate, they also made special efforts to work around my sons sleep schedule so they wouldnt wake him up. Something I know other companies wouldnt have even put thought into.The quality of care that went into the interaction we had at my home was so impressive that I have started referring Pro-tree to my clients when they have tree-trimming needs. I have and will continue to recommend Pro-tree to all of my family, friends and clients.

Updated review as of 1/8.The company worked with me to resolve my concerns and his team did an awesome job on the work I needed done. There were some original scheduling and communication problems, but Wes worked with me to sort all those out.I had need to remove some trees growing through my fence and a dead crabapple tree in my backyard. The crew did great work, was careful with my fence and my yard, and left the place spotless of any of the debris.Without the scheduling issues at the beginning this would definitely be a 5 star review. Definitely will be using them again in the event I have any additional outdoor needs like this.Thank you!

I have had Wes do work for me in the past, he and his crew are very knowledgeable and capable. I have also referred Pro-Tree to my parents as well as real estate clients of mine that have needed an arborist. Talking with Wes will enlighten you of his knowledge and confindence in his work!

Wish I could leave a picture of the damage caused here. We hired Pro-Tree to remove some storm damage. The work they did was good, but I was left with a severely damaged driveway and paver sidewalk. company refuses to provide Insurance information. Also claims damage is the size of basketball. If its so minor why not let insurance handle it. This is not a company you want near your property!

I have had the opportunity on a couple of occasions to hire Pro-Tree Outdoor for tree work around our home. They removed a dead pine, did some winter pruning of a large oak and did some minor lot clearing. Each time they left our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will be calling again for sure!
