Nice receptionist. They ask me to fill out application even thou i did fill it on indeed. And they did understand maybe situation and yet they did not have a job for me at that time I had the interview I think that youve wasted my time but at least I got good exercise after that I tried calling other places no help so overall maybe give him a try but dont have high hopes and when you first enter the door I like the rock all red

This company is the one to call if you have a commercial property, and youre in need of any maintenance services! These guys do a lot of snow plowing, and theyve got all of the machines to do it! 100% recommended!

The team is always there to make sure things are done on time and the right way the first time. Always out to do the best Job. They do not Cut Corners.

They should change their business name to Un-Reliakor, because they are seriously unreliable. They either dont plow when they should, or they do a partial job. I have 2 designated parking spots for my patients right in front of my office, and they plow the entire parking lot and leave those two spots buried in snow! I have had to call multiple times this year, as has my landlord, to get them to do their job. Called them and told them about it, they said they would send someone out immediately to take care of it; 4 hours later, no one has come.

Do not believe fake 5 star reviews! I had snowplowing service for 3 years at an office building, and Reliakor was nothing but trouble. The contract had a 1.5 trigger, but they would continually try to plow and bill for trace amounts of snow. When they should plow, they wouldnt get in until the lot had filled up with cars. Then they would bill two or three times for the same job. Account rep wouldnt return calls. As all the legit reviewers have said, stay clear of them!

In my opinion this place is terrible. I had been given an opportunity to work for this place and they have a crazy turn over rate it seems like. In my opinion The owners and managers appear to only care about themselves as they drive pretty nice vehicles but the employees in the field doing all the grunt work are offered minimal pay in the pay scale range for this type of employment. I would avoid this company for several reasons.

Husband is a former employee. He did the best he could but they CONSTANTLY send one man to do a 4 man job in a 4 man time frame. John the sales guy (upper management) will bill properties for an hour of work and just have the drivers drive by or park in the lot for 15 mins and leave. If they actually stay to do the work, he bills for larger more expensive equipment than what is sent to do the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! All their trucks are out of DOT compliance, dont have up to date registration, and dont have ANY insurance... Literally hire ANYONE else.

Truck number 409 was salting and blatantly looked at us through South at us and then when my wife brought it to his attention he flipped us off got as close as he could to our car and threw salt at us again and chipped our windshield way to go reliakor

If I could give negative stars I would. Ive never seen such an ironic company name in my life. This is the most unreliable company I have ever seen. In January the Twin Cities were hit with a huge snow storm. It took them an entire day to clear the snow, and even then the lot was barely usable. My car got stuck on the parking ramp when I arrived home and I had to dig myself out the next morning because no one showed up to clear our snow. And then it snowed again in March. And they just never came. AND THEN. And then we were hit with a mid-April blizzard. I arrived home after the snow stopped and was greeted with a parking structure covered in a full foot of snow. I have not been able to park in my paid parking space for three full days because no one from this company has come to clear the snow. They havent even pretended to clear the snow. This is a picture of my parking space—its the one under a mountain of snow. Its been this way since Sunday morning. Horrible horrible unreliable company. You dont start a snow removal company in MINNESOTA and then not remove snow. Its unacceptable. Do not hire them. Do not continue business with them.

I rent an office space from Schafer Richardson, and found out this is the company thats suppose to plow our lots lets just say this company has really been slacking on plowing lately.

We had Reliakor Services add class 5 gravel and smooth the surface of a driveway at our church. They completed the work quickly and did exactly what they said they would do at a competitive price - we cant ask for more. We would recommend them for similar work.

I have had some nightmare experiences working with other companies so it was very refreshing to get it done right at a great price. The whole crew did an excellent job and had great communication. Reliakor just completed some long overdue parking lot maintenance at our office. The patched pot holes, swept and re striped – The lot looks great. Our contact Steve has quickly responded to my calls and emails with any questions or concerns I may have had. I did price they work out to other companies and Reliakor was very competitive. I will be contacting them to clear snow this winter.

I would give them no stars if I could. As a business owner in a small shopping center, I expect my customers to be able to park with out climbing a mound of snow. I also expect to be able to park my car behind my business. They left a giant mound of snow in the middle of aisle where you drive.

Absolutely pitiful service. Blizzards will hit your property and they will be nowhere in sight for days. You call them and they lie and say they’ll be there. Avoid at all costs. Should be reported to the BBB.

Steve came out and bid our parking lot. He took care to notice 3 or 4 areas of the parking lot that needed to removed and patched. The Job was done on time and the parking lot looks great.

Like all the other people are saying, avoid this company at all costs. I manage properties and it has been nothing but problems since we hired Reliakor. The do a terrible job actually plowing the lots. For a while they were plowing lots that didnt even belong to us and then charging us for the salt they used on those lots due to their errors. We have been hung up on several times when trying to contact customer service who has been rude and snippy. They show up hours or days later, or sometimes not at all when it snows. We, like other people, have questioned their billing as it has seemed extremely high especially for salt. We have had tenants fall in our lots due to them not being plowed.Properties managers beware of this company and go with literally anyone else.

Have used Reliakor for garage sweeping/power washing at a couple of our uptown properties and plan to do so going forward. Great communication and service at a fair price. On time, work hard, an do a great job. Thank you !

This place is trash. I missed my sons doctor appointment because they plowed a snow pile behind my car. I can handle shoveling a snow been from the plow going by, but it’s pathetic that i still have a snow pile behind my car. The owner only responds to positive ratings, shows his character. I called around 8 and was told someone would be out shortly. Still no one around. How “reliable” they are

If you want to set yourself up for failure, hire this awful company. Terrible organization, terrible communication and even worse, terrible commitment to their customers. Snow storms would end at 6am, Reliakor would finally service the property at 6pm or sometimes not show at all. I had to hire separate snow vendors to service their committed contracted properties. This experience will likely be the worst in my career.

Hired them to sweep and pressure wash the underground parking garage at my facility and it turned out great! Staff got right to work and continued until job was complete. Crew was very professional. We will use them again!

I would give this company a 0 star rating if that was an option. We signed a snow removal contract with this company to assist with sidewalks at one of our properties in St. Paul. After each snow fall we would have to call multiple times to check and make sure they were coming. Most of the time we would get routed to several people and eventually be told that we were not on their list of properties to cover. They would eventually show up days later and do a very poor job. When it came to invoices they were ALWAYS very late and were not accurate for the work that we received. We did not receive our January invoice until March. Long story short, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who is looking for efficient snow removal.

The guys at Reliakor were extremely helpful, especially Steve and the operations crew! Our apartment complex needed sweeping, power washing and striping done within a short time frame and the guys were willing to change around their schedule to get it done. While onsite they were very respectful and accommodating, even though we had numerous residents that forgot to move their vehicles. If you ever need garage cleaning and sweeping, Reliakor is the solution!

Terrible drivers that leave snow piles even in the middle of regular traffic streets. Driver also drove down the wrong way on a one way off of Hennepin. Almost caused an accident.

Id give them 0 Stars if I could. They have the Contract for Plowing at Oak Park Heights Walmart store and do a terrible job every time, it always looks like nobody came through. As a Cartpusher at the store I need a reliable plow job to do my job more efficiently and they have failed to do so, I even have to do their work for them just to be able to do my job. They get the pay but Im shoveling out cart racks in the parking lot and shoveling sidewalks and behind the cart doors instead of them. Parking lot never gets salted either which means Im having a very difficult time trying to bring carts into the store. Dont make a mistake by calling on this company for snow plowing.

Unfortunately I have to express my disappointment with this company. We received poor service from the start in regards to communication all the way to the poor end result that left visitors asking when will you be addressing your parking lot. Ive continued to attempt communication with them and I have not been able illicit a response, even giving them the opportunity to meet our expectations. Very frustrating experience on a large project for a property attempting to serve its community. Customer Satisfaction is clearly not their concern

Awful. Never shows up on time and hasnt shown up yet to clear the snow out and its been 2 days since the storm. I had to help multiple people out of being stuck and they still couldnt leave for work. This is what it looks like not because of the sun. NOT because they came and tried or anything.

I had to give them a single star because otherwise this post would not work. they actually deserve negative 50 stars if there was such a thing.This is a terrible company to work with. I agree with almost all reviewers. They do not perform the contracted work and billed us for salting that they never used in our parking lot. Their billing is fake and when I questioned about that I was told “well you have to remember that during those months we had terrible weather which is not true.Customer service is non-existent and everyone on their management team from Account Executives to Regional Manager to even Vice President are the rudest and un-professional people I have ever come across with.L am sending them a legal notice to end my contract and I have also filed a complaint with BBB, Shakopee Chambers and Commerce and advised my legal teal to pursue this matter in the court.If you are considering hiring them, read other reviews. Based on my experience, I would advise you to STAY AWAY!

If only you could give it a no star. Which is still more than they deserve. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They will not pay contractors or employees for work theyve billed, without constant badgering and fighting. If you are either, make sure everything you bill has a paper trail as they will say you were terminated long before you turned in billing. They are the biggest swindlers in Shakopee. Stay far far away from this company.

Threatened to tow cars from an unmarked commercial space without warning because they forgot to put up do not park signs. Illegal, and unprofessional.

I was a sub-contractor for Reliakor for 7 years. They ripped me off and still owe me over $3k. Horrible company. No morals. No honor. Coming from the inside I can tell you as a business owner... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I used to work for them when they had operations in illinois from oct 2007 to feb 2008. They were okay but the only reason i quit was because my truck was not working and i could not use the other truck. Management was not exactly reachable as he was in Wisconsin about 75 miles away,so was the fleet mechanic. They have since ceased operations here in illinois and honestly they had too many competitors.

Poor customer service. Shouldn’t have to call for service when you have a monthly contract...

Long story short, they have terrible service. I have a contract with this company to plow my parking lot if we get more than 2.5 inches of snow, shovel our sidewalks, and to do this by 7am. They have never once been on time. They are usually 8+ hours late and skip the shoveling. They once showed up 12 hours late and plowed the sidewalk, instead of shoveling it, into the front door of the building, so know one could use it. As you can imagine, having a large snow drift in front of the front door is a problem for business. My repeated attempts to contact the sales rep in charge of my account have always failed. I will not be renewing my contract next winter.
