I paid for 2 day expedited shipping for a government document, and it has now been 2 weeks since the expected delivery date. The delivery was rescheduled because their drivers did not bother to use the call-box at my condominium building or knock(despite me staying home for 2 days to be available to sign for it). After I contacted UPS, one customer service associate told me I should contact the shipper for a refund, even though the error was from UPS, in an attempt to get me off the phone. I scheduled a re-delivery for 9 days after the original delivery date because there was no availability earlier in the week. They would not drop off at an access point unless I paid $8, which I refused to do as I already paid for expedited shipping and I did not get what I paid for already. I stayed at home to be available to sign for the package- nothing. I called the next day and was informed that they just did not do it, and I was again asked to drive a half hour to pick it up. This time, they told me they could drop it off at an access point without charge, but they could guarantee anything and they just wanted me off the phone. I understand that things happen; but after this experience I will not be using UPS again.UPDATE: they assured me the envelope would be delivered today, and it was the WRONG PACKAGE. Back on the phone with customer service for the 4th time because they attempted to deliver A LAPTOP instead of the envelope. This just keeps getting better and better. Seriously, DO NOT use UPS, they dont know what theyre doing.

They have one star by force....this place needs training in customer service; absolutely the worse experience I have ever had...I will never order anything that uses UPS for delivery

My packages constantly get delivered elsewhere. They are marked as delivered at my front door and they are not at my front door. Perhaps someone else’s front door, but not mine. I am home so I know no one stole it. I have called repeatedly and spoken with this local office about my packages being delivered elsewhere & they always state that they will speak w/ the driver but nothing has been resolved. Today, they delivered a neighbor’s package with a very different address & who knows where mine went. The neighbor does not have it as I took their package and inquired about mine. I do not understand how their job is to read an address, check the house number & drop off at the correct house is so difficult. I am now waiting for this local office to call me back if they ever do to see if they know where my package went. This package contained over 3000 family pictures. I am not happy that some stranger has my family’s pictures. This is not the first time this has happened. It is multiple times in the span of one year I have lived here. Whoever drives this route is careless.Companies pls stop contracting with UPS. They really are the worst. You cannot get a hold of anyone. You have to lie your way to a rep. And they hire drivers that are completely careless and don’t care to do their job. No issues with Fedex or DHL ever.

Lol i worked but yea were customers too.UPS is the Greatest.When you proceed to the building in the morning youll see a nicest day everday seeing sunset rising.

I have camera system.. I called ups twice. They delivered a package to my nabors house. I have to end up going to there house 2 days later to pick it up. . Good thing there is zero accountability

Couldnt deliver package to proper door then tells me to come back to a store location to pick it up and was told its still on the truck and would be until 7 pm and to come by at 8pm when they are closed
