The machine I was about to use didn’t have no sing that was out of service, I put my detergent, softener and the coins and didn’t work. I told the guy in charge and he said in a rude way “all I can do just give you your money back”. I will not come back to this place!! It was dirty and most of the washers do not work right!

Close to home and very economical..

Decide to wash my clothes, good place for it. I’m truck driver, came with a bobtail, parking available and food market near by, easy in and out.

Some of the detergent spots are messy but the facility is clean. Prices are OK. Bathroom on-site and a lot of places to sit

About what youd expect it for coin laundry.. $12 is a little high for a single wash - coin machines must be bulletproof :) nice carts to use, has a bathroom.. cool little place $2 dryer

Clean and well maintained. Would be great if they extended their weekend hours.

Never seems too crowded, decent prices, machines are ok. (some are not clearly labeled as not working, gotta look carefully) never seems to be any staff around tho. Also, if you leave your clothes to wash, and they close while you are not watching them, u might have a hard time getting them back. Happened to a friend of mine.

The parking lot needs some serious work done! its so hard to roll the laundry cart through the parking lot with all of the potholes and cracks! it would also be nice to have the parking spots marked because most cars take up two parking spaces and theres never parking available. theres glass and trash all over the parking lot that needs to be cleaned up.

I hate doing laundry, that said, this place is nice.Very clean and well maintained. All the machines in good working order.Plenty of plugs for phone charging. They even have a couple of lap tops for in house use.

Date of Visit: 5/29/19 around 5:30PM - Credit cards, change, bills, theyll take whatever kind of money youve got! Watch out for the gigantic potholes in the parking lot! The building was fairly empty when we arrived, but by the time we left at 6:15pm, it was packed! Pays to arrive early.

Its clean, decently maintained and within a block of my house but I wont go back because of the maintenance persons attitude. He was incredibly rude when closing early. The signs state the last load can be started at 9:30, at 8:50 he refused my business because Id be his only customer and with me there he couldnt get an early start on the electrical work he needed to do. If it werent for his attitude in our conversation, this rating would be higher and Id return.

The manager had a full grown male pitbull that he let walk around the laundry mat. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable around pitbull’s and I asked if he could tie him up or put him away. He said “he’s fine he’s great with kids and everybody.” He continue to let the dog walk around even after I told him i didn’t feel comfortable. No consideration for the customes. All pit bulls are fine until they snap and chew your kids face off. We won’t be going back.

I dont go to laundry places so often this time I broke my laundry machine. It wasnt bad

I have always been treated with respect and employees were helpful. When needing a laundromat, I checked around...this was the cleanest of all I checked out.

Only been here once, and it will stay that way. Not impressed at all. Quite a few broken machines, with some not clearly labled as out of order. Put extra money in the dryer and my clothes barely got dry. Seems to be that the owner isnt as attentive or as friendly as he should or could be.Not recommended!!

Better than most. I have read previous comments. They are cleaning this location daily and have updated the dryers in the back. I like that KTIS is playing in the background and they have a mini library to keep my son occupied. We have to use a laundromat so we know what else is in the area. Their prices are cheaper than one on Chaska Blvd and the other one in Chaska (next to China Pagoda) literally has 1/2 their machines out of service (they are not going to fix either as that strip mall will be torn down in a couple years and its expensive for parts). I have made the drive to Burnsville (Metro Laundry) because they have a play area & take debit cards on their machines (No Quarters!) and its not so difficult. But thats rare and usually when I have a mountain of laundry. Giant Wash dryers are less expensive so I feel that their extra $0.75 for the washers evens out.

Nothing special about this place. I used a giant washer and it took $7.25 before it stopped taking any money. I just used another machine. Filled out a refund from on the website. Its been 10 days and I havent heard from anyone!

Place was dirty. Clothes stank worse after washing there than they did when we brought them there. No joke, we had to re-wash everything. Stay away.

Clean, every machine looks new, they take cards, cash and coin. Theres even a little corner for kids to play with books and things.

The owner is very rude unprofessional guy. He told me he doesnt need my service because he has plenty of clients and hes the only laundry service in Shakopee. This is my first time coming here b.c my dryer broke down nd this is the kind of service I get smh I will never come here again. Whats more sad about this is that he scared my son b.c he was yelling at me.

Isnt nearly as packed as other local coin laundry. Free wifi, CLEAN! Only suggestion would be to put a universal remote tethered somewhere for customers to change the channel my son wont stop bouncing off the walls and the only thing on was figure skating. Tried to email owners via website to suggest but wouldnt go thru.

Great place but kind of dirty and dryers smell like body odor from individuals not using dryer sheets with their still dirty clothes...

Bathroom is gross old outdated washers and dryers. Dryers are rusted inside. Plus they have a lousy radio station on. Go to Chaska laundromat.

Took a small load to dry. It said $2.00 for a 3 load dryer, and didnt even dry my one small load completely
