One woman was working the counter alone today and was very fast and efficient while still friendly to everyone. Even when another customer berated her for something outside her control she remained professional and polite. Great service!

Their rating says it all. Terrible customer service, need a prepaid label printed? They’ll literally try to bang your for $6.50…. To print a piece of paper. Think I’m being unfair? Goto a FedEx store and ask them to print a label, they’ll do it fot free. I thought the UPS store by my house was bad for charging $2.50 for a label, these guys are just flat out thieves. Go anywhere but here.

I would give zero stars if that was possible, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIPPING CENTER. I paid for 3 days delivery, and the package got lost, and they will not refund your money, nor cannot even tell you what happened with the package. They will brush you off to a manager that never calls you. Cheaters. I will never use their services again! Hope they will go out of business soon!

Very dissatisfied with this store. Thayla is who I dealt with. Sent out an expensive package and was never asked the amount of my package worth or if I needed additional insurance and UPS lost my package. It took over 30 days. Make sure you get additional insurance and double check what you sign.

I stopped in to drop off a package that was delivered to my house but that person no longer lives at this address. I wanted to return to sender. The store employee was less than helpful as he proceeded to refuse to take the package and directed me to call UPS to schedule a pick-up. I thought I was in the UPS store!!! Why do I need to call UPS to schedule a pick up when I am standing in a UPS store. In the end, he would not take the package and I had to schedule a pick-up.On a positive note, the UPS driver that picked up the package was very helpful!I am not sure if these stores are franchised or all part of UPS corporate but I am never stepping foot in the Shakopee UPS store.

I just walked in earlier today to print some addresses on envelopes for my wedding invitations. I explained that the alignment on my printer at home was off, so I’d like them to do it. The guy (tall young tan guy with black hair, slight Eastern European accent) tells me its $3 and change to use their computer. I said “No, it’s not that I need a printer, it’s that I need a professional to print directly onto the envelope.” He walks over, I put in my usb, he tries to print my list of addresses on one page. I said “No, I need you to print onto the envelopes” He said they don’t usually do that. I said my cousin used to work at a UPS store and they most certainly can do this all the time, easily! He said that their store isn’t a franchise so theymight not do the same things. So I was like “You’re telling me you can’t do what a UPS store can do?” He didn’t answer me and I said I was disappointed and left. The girl was just as clueless and ignored me. They are young and have no idea what they’re doing with even the simplest of tasks! Save yourself the headache and go to a real printing store.

Charged me $5 to package an Amazon package that Amazon said didnt need to be packaged up. Then the UPS employee didnt package or ship the return and lost it. I had to do the work to contact Amazon to get my money back since this UPS store lost my return.

Nice people unfortunately theyre not professionals theyre way too young with a little experience and they take forever to hire I waited 6 months for them go somewhere else for job and the pay is a joke no way people can survive in line at 9 bucks for no experience ten bucks for experience go somewhere else

I would give a 0, if its allowed here, I came in for a quick one page printing because all libraries are closed, and they just charged you half hour computer use fee and printing fee for a total of almost $5. Its a total rip off, and taking advantage of people during the Pandemic. One page of Print document for $5. What the F**K! Stay away from that store!

Do not use this UPS store- I implore you- find another location. Dropped off a package for return. The person behind the desk was cold and short tempered. She affixed the new label over the old label (the one with my address on it.) The next day, the package was MAILED TO MY HOUSE. I now have the package, that I brought to this store to return to the original sender, back at my house!

After UPS refused to drop off my package at my caretakers office. I had to pick it up at the UPS store. I got charged a 7.50 holding fee. For holding it less than 2 hours. They were so unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. The USPS doesnt charge holding fees.

Do your want your packages around the holidays to get to you on time??? If so dont use UPS...They are great every other time of the year but not December. I ordered 2 things and both were scheduled for today. UPS delivered 1 of them and then I checked Amazon to see where my package is and they said its delayed. I dont see why UPS couldnt deliver both when both were at the same warehouse this morning. And scheduled to be delivered at the same time. I hope that they are organized soon. And I hope I get my mail!

I came into today for my package that was supposed to be delivered to my home but needed an ID to receive it? Although the other package was delivered to my home. I had it rerouted to this location and it took 5 days for it to be delivered there. I came in and showed the employee working my tracking status stating it was delivered here when he told me it wasn’t here and I had to drive somewhere else even though the tracking information stated it was there. After running around to another access point I eventually circled back and talked to another employee and it was there the whole time as the first employee sent me on a wild goose chase. Super unprofessional, he should be Apprehended. He was also rude and unfriendly.

Went in, printed a document off their pc, signed document with pen, attempted to scan it, scanner not working, guy behind the counter asks if I want him to ring me up, I asked if he can scan the paper to my email, he tells me no scanners work inside the store, get charged for my prints ( a couple pages) and 30 seconds of computer time... Sigh..

I had an Amazon return and was able to easily drop off my package here. If you’re using your own packaging (not buying the shipping box/envelope from the UPS Store) then you need to use your own packing tape to seal your box. This makes sense though — they’re a business, they need to make money too. The gal at the front was friendly, helpful and efficient!

Totally useless service and they are not delivering the parcel in hand. They will deliver it nearest ups pick up location and ask the customer to pick up. They will make the note as customer not available at home. There won’t be any message or call from the delivery person.

I have lived all over the US and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced a shipper this poor. Waited, at my house, for FOUR days straight as they indicated EACH DAY my package would be delivered (and had to be signed for). Throughout the week they have now accumulated 4 packages they have done this with.When UPS delivered an unrelated package the driver informed me that new hires were putting packages on the wrong trucks and losing packages. When I contacted UPS they seemed unconcerned with my $700 in merchandise now misplaced!!! I will NEVER use UPS again!!!!!

The worst experience ever and he was the OWNER. I was only one in the store trying to ship international. He said make it quick and was the rudest jerk ever. I will NEVER ship a package here. I wish I could give a negative rating. Deserves to be shut down.

Date: 11/20/2018 approx. 5:00PM - I was driving down 1st Avenue 5MPH over the speed limit and was being tailgated by a UPS truck. As soon as they were able, they passed me, moved back into my lane far too early, and immediately stomped on their brakes. They then repeatedly brake checked me the entire duration of the drive down 1st Avenue from Holiday through Burger King. I believe I got most of a license plate number: AB7608. I tried calling the 1-800 UPS number, but they put me on an infinite robotic loop; needing my tracking number in order to connect me to an agent. I then called the Shakopee UPS store, and they redirected me to the same 1-800 number, where I was put again and again on the infinite loop. Im only rating a 1/5 star because 0/5 is not an option.

Horrible experience over a silly box of girl scout cookies being sent from MN to OR. Ridiculous! Both from UPS and from the employee (Emma)/owner. No communication that package was returned due to damage. No damage at all to the package that was to be sent (this is an issue with UPS). Left the package there since I paid $20 to have it shipped. This store was to follow up with UPS on why it was returned (when there was clearly no damage to the package (have photos to prove this)). Heard nothing back from this store. No refund. Nothing. Instead, after following up, yet again. Was told Id have to pay another $20 to have it shipped. Not happening. Highly suggest you find another package shipping location and go with either USPS or FedEx.

Went in to print 50 copies black and white october 7th at 2pm.The line was almost out the door so I use their computer like I have at many locations to pull up APDF off of my email to print and pay for come to find out they also charge almost $4 for using their computer and were dead set on charging me that.I am assuming I could have done it maybe some other way maybe emailing them the PDF so that they could pull it up and print it off.Now I see that the reviews are pretty badd as well here so I guess I should have checked the reviews 1st

This store charged me for the use of a computer for printing a file that I emailed. I was never informed about the charge until checking out and I had done this multiple times and never been charged. I went in today to mail something back with ups and was told that I had to buy the bag. I sent an email to the manager and never heard a word. I am not sure if they work off of commission, but I will never go back into this store.

Went in to drop off a package that was returned to sender I went in the store because online they said I had to be a member and pay a substantial fee to have a package picked up. So I went in to drop it off as the website tells me to do I get here and they told me they cannot except the package and if I want it to be picked up from my house there’s $150 fee.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I deal with it everyday. They charged me over 100$ for overnight shipping and it not only didn’t arrive over night but it didn’t arrive to the correct address or even street. And because I was out of town and couldn’t deal with it right away they won’t do anything AND IT ISNT MY FAULT. I would understand if it were my mistake but this is 110% yalls fault and it’s not the first time. I’ll make sure to go elsewhere and make sure the people I know do the same. You have to be willing to swallow your pride when dealing with customers and when it is 100% your fault, you should handle it properly.

Terrible customer service, if you are looking for a place to be a po box customer go anywhere else, or at least understand they will not do anything on time, they wont notify you when packages arrive like they said they would. After renewing out po box a month early from their deadline, took a job offer out of state and they will not refund 11 of our unused months as a po box customer even after being a customer of theirs for over a year. what happend to small business friendliness and taking care of your paying customers? Out over 200 $ and not happy !!! Owner wouldnt even speak to us on our situation, played relay game with in store employee and didnt give us the chance to hear us out.

Walked in with my three year old daughter and she asked if she could sit in the chair while we wait. I told her of course she could. The guy behind the counter glared at her like she wasnt supposed to sit there. Then I had a package that needed the label taped the guy made me purchase a whole roll of tape for one label. Then he tried to over charge me 7 dollars when I told him the tape I grabbed was only $3.50. during all this my daughter said she needed to use the bathroom real bad. I asked him if we could use the bathroom he told me no and to use the one at subway nextdoor. This should have been a easy stop but it seemed like the employee was doing everything he could to make it hard.. I will not be back to this store.

Awful service! The price for their service is to high!!! Tried to cancel the shipping process in 35 minutes and received back $70 from my $120. They charged me $50 for bubble wrap.The owner couldnt talk in a calm tone.Im recommending to use Fedex in Walgreens or Walmart in Shakopee.

I stopped in on November 10th 2018 to drop off a package I wanted shipped to my best friend currently deployed to Afghanistan. The UPS clerk told me that UPS wouldnt ship to Afghanistan but that I could ship Priority mail through USPS and they would pick it up from that location. I was given a tracking number and sent on my way.November 16th I decided to track the package to see when it would get to my friend, USPS website said the label had been created but that USPS was still awaiting my package. So I call this location and the girl who answers the phone very rudely said once USPS takes the package from UPS they cant do anything about it.So I call USPS and explain the situation, they tell me they have not received the package and to call the sender, UPS.I call again on November 19th and get the same girl I spoke to on the 16th who says a manager will get back to me. On the 21st, I still havent heard anything so I call back, get the same girl, who tells me she will call back by the end of the day. No call.Today I call, November 23rd and get a man I havent talked to, explained the situation to him and got the same beat around the bush answer. Once the package has left UPS there isnt anything we can do about it.Great, so my package is missing, with items inside that are irreplaceable and were meant for a SOLDIER IN AFGHANISTAN, the amount of disrespect and negligence is extremely disconcerting. I have never had a problem with UPS before but I will never go back to this location and it has been reported.

In June 2018, I contacted Mediacom to return some cable boxes. They told me I could go to any UPS Store and have them returned. I went to this store and handed over the equipment. I received a receipt and thought all was good. Three weeks later, I get a call from Mediacom wanting to bill me for $2,000 in missing equipment.I took my receipt into the store Manager who was the guy who did the transaction. He remembered me and said MediaCom got the package. I asked him to print me a Shipment receipt and he said he couldnt because the system clears all transactions every night. He was rude about it which didnt help the matters. How can you track a package if the system clears itself everynight? Or how can you confirm billing? This is totally not true.I contacted him again because UPS shows the Tracking Number created in the system but never show it was avaialable for pick-up. Now feeling like this guy purposly ripped me off, I went back to the store. He tells me that he cant do anything about it because We arent a true UPS shipping facility! You need to take this up woth MediaCom.The name UPS Store is clearly marked on the receipt and on the building. He is so lazy that he refuses to help at all. I filed a complaint with UPS Corporate since MediaCom is still trying to charge me for $2,000 in lost equipment. UPS Corporate has stored videos of the drivers picking up packages and scanning them. We will soon see who is a fault.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UPS STORE. THIS MANAGER IS RUDE AND IS UNTRUSTWORTHY. MediaComm should not make recommendations to drop equipment off at this location.
