It was a pleasure to work with the technician. On a late evening, he responded immediately to my message. He appeared shortly after and diagnosed the problem. The same evening, he replaced my entire unit. He explained everything to me so that I could use it easily. He went above and beyond what I expected. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I will tell all of my family and friends about him!

Brians crew, led by Jason, were remarkably fast, clean, and thorough. All other subs were also superb. Easy to work with, with good communication (Andrea was great). Prices were great for the quality of work. Couldnt be happier with our new kitchen.

Brian & his crew of Mike & MIndis were always prompt & on time the days they were here installing our kitchen Cabinets, Flooring & countertops.They both were also very helpful in answering my questions pertaining to the new cabinetry, such as removal of doors & drawers if needed in the future along with some floor tile advice as well. Installed 11 new windows. Tight fit eliminated drafts from old windows. Very nice workmanship .

As with any reno, there are issues, but thse guys are on it! Knowing what I know now, I would have worked with this company from the beginning. They stand behind their work and if it isnt perfect, they will fix it that day. They also have a great network of other contractors so if they cant do it they know someone who can.

Love your work can’t wait until you guys start and finish mine 😘

I did not use them but they did give me a quote that included a $2000 plumbing fee to install a new toilet and faucet and a $600 cleanup fee on a 8x7 bathroom and when I questioned them about it I did not get a reply.
