I brought my Dads vehicle in to have it detailed prior to listing it for sale. I found Referral Collision on Google because theyre close to where I live and had surprisingly good reviews. I was just looking for a quick spit shine but what I got was a high quality detail job for a steal of a price!Considering what I paid, I didnt have real high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing job they did, especially since the car had been smoked in previously. I cannot recommend Referral Collision enough! Excellent customer service throughout the entire process and clear communication! They absolutely exceeded my expectations at every point.I will definitely be doing more business with Referral Collision in the future!

They are great listeners versus telling you what you need.My latest project involved repairs to my utility trailer to correct the manufacturers poorly designed & produced product which caused a massive structural failure while in use! Referrals team met with me to review the failure and quickly identified the root cause of the failure. Its recommended fix was wisely devised and absolutely solid!I left with NO concerns about my trailers ability to perform in a manner that I expected it would have the day I bought it.

Referral performed custom body work on our 1999 Winnebago Rialta after a tree stump jumped out of nowhere into its right-side bottom molding. Replacement parts dont exist for that, so all work was performed on the original body pieces. Their work was perfect -- so good, were considering finding that same tree stump and approaching it from the opposite direction (just kidding, Mr. Insurer) -- and their customer service is the best Ive seen in the industry (no kidding there). Work was on time, on budget and well-communicated. I cant recommend them highly enough. (And if you have a Golden Retriever, be sure to bring him or her for a visit when you pick up your vehicle.)

Best place to get the windows tinted. Dropped off my car and they even gave me a ride back home while they were working on my car. The staff is great. It was worth every penny.

Amazing! Referral Collision went all out to help us with repairing our damaged Nissan Maxima. It had front end damage but the entire car came out looking brand new when I picked it up. Not only was the car immaculate on the outside, the interior was perfectly detailed as well....AND they included an American Flag Little Tree Air Freshener in the swag bag they left in the car. Staff always was in touch regarding the insurance and what repairs were needed. Very impressed and highly recommend their work!

Great local business. Due to the GM strike, they had my trucks for weeks waiting on parts (not their fault). During the entire time communication was clear and consistent. They worked seamlessly with my insurance agent, no paper, no hassle and handled everything very professionally.While the truck was there I had it detailed and it was returned to me in showroom condition. Would highly recommend their detailing service as a stand-alone service. Front office was extremely neat and tidy, felt more like a dealership than the small shop it is.

I had been putting off having repairs done because with the type of damage I had no one could really give me a solid estimate. There was no way to tell what needed to be done until after they started the work. So I was at the mercy of the body shop. I talked to them a few years ago and they gave me a very good feeling about the quality of their work and the fairness of the cost. So I just took the car into them and told him I understood that there was no way to get an accurate estimate of the repair cost. I just left it up to them to do what was necessary and only what was necessary. I can report that they did a good job and the cost was very reasonable for the work that they had to do. I also felt that they did not do anything beyond what was necessary. I can say much in regards to the time it took to do the work because I told him I was not in a hurry to have the work done. But it did not take long for them to do the work.
