Jake was our service tech. Did a great job . Pleasure to have him fix our dryer. Very knowledgeable regarding his job. Will use them again!
Although the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Ruby was NOT as pleasant to deal with. During booking the service she indicated she would call first thing in the morning to let me know when someone would be out. She failed to do so and when 1pm arrived with no call from her I called her and was advised she could not give me an arrival window which is nuts in itself. My dad waited for close to 5 hours with no call issued and 2 minutes prior to the techs arrival Ruby called and indicated he would arrive in 2 minutes. Not exactly an adequate time frame for my dad to get from his home to mine and she was made aware from the start that is how this would be handled. She indicated she would give him 5 minutes to arrive or the tech was leaving. Wow! We had waited 5 hours for her or the tech to call and she calls 2 minutes prior to him arriving and will only give us 5 minutes? That is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our time is just as valuable as the technicians and hers. We were never rude but she certainly was. I would recommend choosing a company that values the customers time as well as that of their technicians.
I have been waiting for a phone call since June 3 since they accepted to do work on my GE washer/dryer combo. I called them on June 23 and they told me that they can’t accept any more work they are so booked. Since my washer/dryer combo is under warranty it’s not possible to get it fixed by then but, if it wasn’t under warranty it would of been fixed a long time ago. It’s the same techs fixing warranty and not warranty. This is ridiculous! Don’t recommend this company!
Great experience! My mom has used them for rental cabins in the past and she recommended them to me when our fridge stopped working. They were able to come as soon as they could and perfectly on a time that fit our schedule. In and our in no time at all and got the job done and our fridge fixed! Would not hesitate at all to call them again! Support your local business!

Great technician, awful customer service.We waited two months for a part that did not fix our fridge. No status updates or communication initiated by them during the waiting process. Getting an appointment is frustrating. If you miss their call by 15 minutes they will move onto the next person and you get bumped by days or more. Customer service is unhelpful, rude, and defensive when given any feedback.I told them my frustrations before posting a review, because I thought honest feedback would help them.Their response: We dont want to change. Its fine the way it is.On the plus side, the technician was helpful, polite, and kind to our dogs.Overall, would not recommend unless they make big changes to their approach to customer service.

I have called Tri-County twice with questions about 2 different appliances. Both times I was given accurate advice that saved me and my husband a lot of money. These people are not in it just for the money, because they could easily have given me incorrect information and ripped me off. Kudos to them.
They seem like very nice people, but I chose to go a different route however because they needed turn by turn directions. Unfortunately, I have used Google maps for so long I cant give decent directions anymore! Not there fault though! Again, seem like nice people. We ended up just buying a new washing machine because between the cost of a service call, cost of time spent actually fixing the machine, and the cost of the new parts need for repairs, it wasnt much more to just get a new one anyway. 🤷♀️

Called them to come out to check ice maker on refrigerator. Technician said wiring harness was bad. Charge us $85. Said they had to order the part. He said he would be back in next couple of weeks. Thats been 6 weeks ago. He told me 85% of his repairs are for rentals in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg rentals. I called after 2 weeks and Ruby said she was having a hard time getting the the part. Its a Frigidaire less than 5 years old. 🙄 I do not recommend this company.

Didnt make us wait when our fridge stopped running. Was out w/ in 2hrs of our call. Was fast, efficient and honest. Was reasonably priced. It is evident that customer and care are a top priority for this company. I will most definitely be using them again if needed.
Customer Service for this company is the worst I have ever experienced. GE sent me to them for warranty work. Tri County said it would be two weeks a month later no response and hung up on me when I called to confirm.
They came out the same day I called for checking on repairing my refrigerator, I was surprised and very appreciative! Both technicians were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. And Ruby, the owner and dispatcher, was wonderful and efficient. Did the repair and freon replacement at very reasonable cost. Thank you! I definitely recommend this business.

I called this place on May 2,2019. The man there (Ken) said they would be out that day. A man came out and checked my washing machine, he said it was the computer board. That day Ken called me to say the part was $143.75, I told him to order the part. Well he did, but instead of him ordering it straight from the manufacturer he called an appliance place that I guess they use to get their parts. It just so happened that the appliance store ( the one that they use didn’t have the part) but the manufacturer had the part. So the appliance store called GE, they shipped it to the appliance store, then it was shipped to the Tri county. It took 1 week to get the part. I hope I never need to call someone for another appliance, but I can say I would never use them again.
Fast,friendly and affordable!!I called needing to get my dry fixed.I was thinking it would be a few days and cost a fortune.Ruby asked if I wanted them to come that day and mind you it was around 1pm when I called.Told her I wouldnt be able to to it that day so she says tomorrow (Saturday)I was thinking a big fee for a service call on a weekend. She said no maam same price as every day.They showed up when they said they would and fixed my dryer in less than 20-30 mins.They service man was very friendly and answered any questions we had.I will be calling them again if I ever need appliances fixed or recommend if anyone need a service company.

I live out of town and own rental property in Sevierville. I’ve used Tri County multiple times when I couldn’t get out to make repairs myself and they’ve always been friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Highly recommend.
I called them mid-morning. They called that afternoon to notify me that the technician was on his way. He arrived shortly...company vehicle and dress. Matt was very knowledgeable, did a greater job, explained things, answered my questions, and was personable. I will use them again and recommend to others.

Horrible, The secretary is EXTREMELY rude and they want me to wait 3 weeks for something that can take one hour? I called the time the guy was supposed to be at my house and he never showed up! I missed work! I called her and she was so nasty saying he must have went to the wrong house, blah blah. They never even called me for directions? Then she proceeds to tell me Sorry hes on another call and cant get back to you for another week She was constantly cutting me off as well. I usually deal with such great people here in Tennessee and she is completely horrible. I told her to just forget it. Im trying to give her business ($40/hour to be exact) and thats how Im treated? No thank you, Moving on to the next company. STAY AWAY!

Ruby called after already having sent out one tech who could not fix our issue then being our warranty is with Frigidaire they scheduled another appointment She was so rude to my husband saying we would have to pay for the service call even though I think they must have the contact with Frigidaire or they would not have been the ones called in the first place. I would not have selected them on my own!
Unfortunately they only operate off fax with businesses... If they don’t understand that fax is old technology then imagine what little they know about modern appliances. In addition they will nickel and dime you and the lady that answers the phone is very rude... seems like they operate with the old “flo’s diner” customer service mentality. Seems like my next business venture will be appliance service/sales!

My apt was mad through Lowe’s for warranty work. They can only give you an all day appt 8-4, so I was stuck at home until they called. The day of the appt I missed the call and called back exactly 10 min later ( I had already told the receptionist that I get horrible service at home) when I called back she said I sent the repair guy somewhere else when you didn’t answer. She said she couldn’t send anyone that day now, and that they would fit me in the next day. The Next day I seriously sat and stared at my phone, but it never rang I got a ding for a voicemail. I called back within 5 min and she told me she sent him somewhere else. I gave directions but the guy got lost, and I ended up loading two small children in my car to meet repair guy (1/4 of the mile from my home)They said they don’t use gps at all, and that they always call for directions and if you miss the call you loose appt. it doesn’t matter how fast you call back. Repair guy came with no intentions of fixing my machine that day. He said it was the motor and he had to see if company would fix it?(warranty work motor is covered) He had no idea when I would hear back and that was 2 weeks ago! Receptionist was beyond rude and the repair guy was also very rude. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Beware- the rude lady on the phone (probably the owner) will rip you off every chance she gets and then tells you if you dont like it call somewhere else AFTER she has already ripped you off.She sends out driver/repairman multiple times (who is a very nice guy himself) without the needed parts so she can charge you twice and also dobles the actual cost of parts.(The insult upon injury ripoff and rude attitude detailed by other negative reviews is exactly what I experienced. I wish I wouldve taken them seriously)Details below:I called them because our refrigerator was not staying on. They changed one part and charged us $150. The refrigerator continued to not stay on. I called her and told her that I thought it was the freezer controler. She agreed but sent out driver without the part and charged us ANOTHER $75 just to look at it and confirm that it was what we had discussed on the phone. She then called me back to tell me the part was going to be ANOTHER $99 (when it really only costs between $47-$54 depending on where you order it from online.) But she said it would be $99 PLUS AT LEAST $50 in time.So by now I had already been charged $225 and she wanted to charge me at least another $150 ($375 in all) when all of this could have been fixed in one trip ato the original $150 charge. So I told her no thanks Ill order the simple part online and install it myself.I would probably not have written such a detailed negative review if she would not have mocked me and said oh well if you dont like it call someone else. She has the attitude you see from business owners in old movies from back in the day.She REALLY needs to wake up and notice that its 2017 where professionalism and courtesy are the norm now.Ps. The driver/repairman serms like a very honest decent guy.

Called company to fix two washing machines, at two different cabins, at the second cabin when he saw it was a stacked unit he started making up excuses about everything was wrong with it, he said he will order parts and get back with me. two weeks later, nothing.. called the owner ( ms) said we are going to have to charge you for twice the labor because its a stacked unit!!!! I said ok, i just need it fixed, she said will call me back, one week later still no call!!!!! So we looked at it and found the drain was stopped up and fixed it ourselves. I called company for a refund, you would think that would had been something the repairman would had checked, so I called and she acted like she did not know who I was and said she will pull the ticket and get back with me, three weeks later still no call. This company is a joke and she is the rudest person that I have ever met... WHERE IS MY REFUND!!!!!!!
