Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch quality work.

Tim was honest about timing when we first contacted him. Understanding that local weather, and excessive survey requests have all surveyors backed up (we contacted several), he gave us a realistic timing estimate. Tim was able to meet the timing, and provide a professional survey, clearly marked, with a proper map.It was nice that we could find a local surveyor that we could rely on. I highly recommend, and would use TLDS again.

EDIT: I appreciate the response Tim. Best regards, ChrisI have no way of telling if it was a great survey but the report did look professional. However, the communication was not the best. Throughout the process the surveyor did not followup on emails with questions I asked nor did he update me on the process. I simply received an invoice about four days after I asked about the progress of the work. He charged $550 for 0.6 acres.
