The key to our track snapped in half. We called the store after hours and Mary answered - offered for us to text her photos of the key to assess if they had the blank. She was positive she could help us and we arrived next morning. Mary was efficient, kind, and super helpful! She was the most recommended locksmith in this town and we understand why!! We drove 2 1/2 up for the rod run and realized we left the keys to a 72 camaro in the shop. This place cut an ignition key from a picture sent via cell phone.. car fired up with the first key she cut. From a picture!!! Who does that.? Very professional ppl they saved us money and a trip back to Ga. they have our business for life.

Tried to go to this place three times. All times they were supposed to be open (as in not a holiday, listed as open). I figured they were on calls each time and came back. Third time I called and they said 1:00 they would be back from a call, I called at 11. I showed up at 1:30 and they were still closed. Please get your stuff together.

No one ever answered. Luckily we managed to unlock our truck.

They arrived quickly and unlocked my vehicle with no problems. They charged $75.00 cash. I dont know if this is reasonable or not. I just wanted my keys and they did a good job with that.

I used this wonderful couple to re key my house today and they were professional, arrived early and took care of me in a timely matter and provided a good price. They were also very personal and really care about the work they do. They have been in business since the 70s. If you are looking for a good honest locksmith, this is them.

They are the only business who can make vehicle keys!! My car key broke in my door late at night and I couldn’t find anyone who was listed as 24 hr service to help me. I left many messages for a 24 hr and a day time business and no one- I repeat no one but one place called me back. I called everyone listed in the county. The only one called me back was Sevier Lock and Safe. They aren’t listed as a 24 hr business and I was surprised when they returned my call before the start of the business day. They went to my car and retrieved the broken piece out of the door lock and made me another key. They were very polite and accommodating and just beyond helpful. I still can’t believe no one else can make a vehicle key or could even call me back. Would only recommend them and no one else for sure!!!!

Very good place to do business people are very friendly and helpful. If they cant do the job you need done, they will refer you to someone who can, witch most places wont, so I commend them for that. Good job Sevier Lock and Safe!

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while my son and I were shopping in Sevierville. It took over an hour for them to get to us. I didnt have my phone with me so my husband was calling for us. I had to borrow a phone to call him to tell them they still hadnt come. When he called the shop to find out where they were, the guy told him that he came by and couldnt find us so went back to the shop. Didnt call my husband or try to find us or anything. He also failed to mention that it was cash only. I didnt have cash on me so after he got the car open, he followed me to an ATM. While I was getting money out of the ATM, he started talking to some of his buddies that were at that gas station. I was very unhappy with the way we were treated and the lack of professionalism extended to us.

Got us out of the cold in Gatlinburg when its snowing. The man was really nice.

If you have to have something done to your doors or your locks this is the place to go. Owned by the Swanns, I do the best work around. This family was career military before becoming locksmiths.

Helped me when no one else would or could. It took the locksmith about 2 minutes to unlock the tour pack on my motorcycle. When I asked what I owed she said “If you make a donation to the Shriners we’ll call it even”. She saved the rest of my vacation. Thank you Sevierville Lock & Safe!!!

Way over priced, $6.50 plus tax for each key I ordered. Believe me they had no computer chips.. they are for a 1999 fifth wheel. I wont go back. Nice staff thou

We lost our keys during the 4th of July we called them and they came right out and got us a new key and the lady was very very nice. And very cheap!!!

I am from out of town. We brought my mom here on a last wish trip. We got lost and turned into their parking lot, and the lady was VERY VERY VERY rude!!!!!!

Took my ignition in that I lost the key to and they had me a new key in an hour.
