Sent a man out to eyeball the job and quote me a price. They sent a man the next day to perform the repair. He arrived ahead of schedule. The job was completed to my satisfaction. At the quoted price. No surprises. My next project I will contact Honey Do.

We hired Honey Do to perform a variety of services for us, some of which they actually did. It took them several months to start the work, they didnt finish it, and refused to refund the money for the remaining work. Further, they have been very difficult to contact, have been unresponsive, and extremely unprofessional.I would not recommend their service for anyone wanting things to get done, to get done on time, or according to what youve contracted for them to do.

I am a bit confused about this service. They advertise that they can service plumbing but when the man came here he told me that he couldnt repair my leaking shower faucet. Said his boss wouldnt allow him to install a new cartridge even if I found one. He didnt seem to feel comfortable about turning my water off at the street either. Nice enough guy but unwilling to do what I needed done. Went to delta faucet website and found I had a current model that I can get replacement parts for. Guess I need to find a plain old plumber. Oh, I did ask for an estimate for new fixture installation that he had no trouble doing.

This is same guy that owns the knoxville location who has a great reputation. We have used them twice on our large and small home repairs including a new shingle roof, bathtub and tile work drywall and painting. We just had work completed on our office in sevier county and we had the same great results. Showed up on the scheduled date and completed the project with a professional manner and courtesy with our customers coming into the office. Not least expensive contractor but the results are worth it. They honor the warranty and are quick to respond. Highly recommemd
