Very professional. I am a repeat customer (2nd time cleaning) and Curtis has been the Technician that has come out and done my carpets. Very friendly and polite gentleman. Both times right on the dot 9am and he was here ready to work. Always has an answer to any questions that I might have for him. Carpets are great looking. First time for my upholstery to get cleaned. They also look great. I am just sorry to hear that Curtis is moving and has another job he has to take. I had bedroom carpet cleaned and a love seat. The loveseat had been used consistently by our dog, and desperately needed cleaning! I wasn’t real sure it would make a difference with all the shedding and occasional accidents! I was totally wrong; the beautiful couch looks amazingly brighter, colors more vivid, and stains either gone or not as prominent! The technician did say it might need to be gone over again after drying when we could get a clearer picture. And that may be the case, but it already looks sooo much better!Hansen’s had cleaned my carpet about a year ago, after it was cleaned we put down the adhesive plastic in the walk area. After taking it up, it had left a sticky residue on the carpet which made it easy for soils to adhere! I was very concerned about getting that up and out of the carpet, but again, they did a fantastic job! I won’t use that plastic again (buying a carpet runner instead!) I am thrilled at the job they did and and will definitely call them again when it’s time. Excellent job every time.

Excellent customer service. They did such a great job on our kitchen tile- grout and sealing that we had them come back to do all the other tiled rooms in the house. I am amazed at how clean they got the grout! Great job! Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again.

The company representative arrived on time, was very courteous, did a very thorough job, and left in a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned the upholstery on two chairs removing all of the spots that were present. He was very careful as he made sure that our home was protected as he did his job. He wore his mask while here. The price was very reasonable. We have used this company multiple times and think a lot of them.

I had a large antique braided rug with two matching runners. They were dull and dingy and needed cleaning and refreshing. Even though I was charged to clean both sides of the rugs, it still was less than $350. There was no chemical smell, no residue, and I even had a treated with a repellent. And they were fast, even though I told them there was no rush, i had my rugs back, completely dry in three days!!!!

Randy was very thorough when he came to do my estimate and he answered all of my questions. After I made my decision to go with Hansen Steamway, I called and talked with Sharon to schedule the appointment. Every business should have a Sharon answering their phones. She makes you feel like a valued customer not just another phone call in her busy day!On the day of the service, Randy did an awesome job stretching the carpet. I cant even tell that there was ever a wrinkle there!The carpet in both rooms that were cleaned looks like its brand new!I know that its not a cheap as Stanley Steemer, but I prefer to do business with a local company who stands behind their work.I put the cleaning job to the vacuum test this morning (4 days after cleaning) and the test is to see how much dust was caught in the new filter that I had put in my Shark vacuum. The answer is... NONE!!! The deep cleaning done with steam got rid of all of the nasty dust that used to show up on the filter.Hansen Steamway is going to be my Go To carpet cleaning company from now on!!Great job and professional,friendly people!**UPDATE**It is now almost 2 years later, and Ive had my carpet cleaned again by Hansen Steam Way. Curtis was prompt, courteous and professional.I pointed out to him some area where a little extra cleaning would be needed - a recurring stain that comes back every few months after I clean it, a recent area where one of my grandsons spilled an entire glass of orange juice and another mystery spot that I have no idea the source of.Curtis applied a citrus based pre-treatment and then proceeded to clean the carpets. The spots that I was concerned about are completely gone - Im hopeful that the one I treated and had to continually clean will stay gone as well!Curtis was s bit like a Master Artist - looking at the different areas of the room as the light changed and checking to see if something was an area that needed to be re-steamed or if it was just the light and the coloring of the carpet playing eye-tricks.My home was treated with the same respect that I treat it with, everything was protected with corner protectors and the inevitable drips onto the laminate flooring were immediately wiped up.Because the Hansen Steam Way method of cleaning is to NOT over soak the carpet, my carpeting was almost 100% dry in about 6 hours.I am a firm believer in regular cleaning to keep the carpet in the best possible condition -- after all it is not cheap, nor fun, to replace carpeting.I am still a strong supporter of Hansen Steam Way and I very highly recommend them!!

The crew was great. They moved furniture and put back in place. Explained everything they were doing. The floors look like new, so happy with the job. The cost was $200 less than Stanley Steemer. Would HIGHLY recommend them. They were so good we are going to have them clean a few of our oriental rugs.

I had the worst orange clay Tennessee mud stains all over my light carpet from my German shepherds. I’d already had it cleaned once with a different company and the stains came back the next day. I actually went to buy new flooring and a friend of mine that works where I went told me these guys could get it out. I was skeptical, I gave them a try though because it was a lot cheaper than buying new carpet or tile. They knocked it out of the park!!!!! They know what they are doing and they do it well. I can’t speak more highly of them and their results 😊

I recently had the carpet in my basement cleaned and re-streched. After searching the internet and reading reviews, I decided to call Hansens. I made an appointment and was told that the tech would be there at 10:00 AM. Guess what time he showed up....yep 10:00 on the nose. Randy is the gentleman that came out. He gave me an estimate and I gave him the approval. I had a large room and staircase that needed cleaning. I am sure the project was larger than he had anticipated, but he stuck with it and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Hansens for prompt professional service. I will use them again.
