We had a wonderful stay at the Ooh My cabin! It was very clean, and the inside was beautiful. I must say the views are gorgeous! However, with the beautiful views comes a steep and narrow ride up to the cabin. Honestly, it was kinda scary!!! The hot tub was very relaxing also. The owner of the cabin is a wonderful man. We had a flat tire our last day there and he drove up the mountain and brought tools for my husband, took him down the mountain to get tire patched and back up to the cabin. You dont find good people everywhere, but I must say he is one of a kind!!! We would definitely recommend this cabin!!!

Stayed at “Abundantly Blessed” for two nights. Was rather disappointing. Called company to give them feedback and first response was “we could’ve refunded your money and you could’ve found somewhere else to stay”. We were three hours away from home, why would be trying to search for a place at 10pm with children? I was trying to give constructive criticism but was just dismissed instead. For the price point and the “amenities” we expected more. Kitchen table chairs were dirty and in need of replacing or steam cleaned. Rugs were in need of cleaning as well. Pool table was stained And pool sticks were broken (which he said he could’ve brought me more... why should we even have to ask?), dryer made awful noise drying, only two games for PlayStation, hardly any movies for the “theatre”... these are things that a rental company needs to know to be able to pass on to the homeowner to fix. Was not pleased by property nor the company’s response.

Just want to start by saying when you book, it CLEARLY states the deposit is nonrefundable, as are most places, really. We stayed at A View for Two and it was perfect! We cooked most meals at the cabin and it had absolutely everything we needed! The cabin is secluded but not far from town. Huge shower and hot tub were perfect! I had to change my reservation date so I called and the man who answered (owner maybe?) was so helpful and pleasant. I called one other time and had the same experience! Be prepared for a steep drive! I have a Jeep Patriot and it made it fine, but anything less probably wouldnt have.

We rented the WOW cabin for our wedding & honeymoon near Pigeon Forge. It was spectacular! It was clean and ready when we arrived. The inside was more beautiful in person than the pictures showed and the view was absolutely spectacular. The communication was so great with the company. We made several changes leading up to our arrival due to COVId19 and they were able to accommodate us each time. My favorite part was the huge, 2 person shower and my husband loved the hot tub. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and we also appreciated the double decks. We will definitely return for another stay! As many reviews have stated, all wheel drive is helpful in getting to many of the cabins, especially the WOW cabin! When you plan your trip, you’ll want to carve out some time to spend appreciating this cabin. We didn’t really get the chance until the end of out stay.

We stayed at Wow just this past week. Wow. Cabin was very clean, nicely decorated, ammenties we excellent, the bed was much more comfortable than most hotels and the view was, well, WOW. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful, very polite and overall customer service was an A+. We highly recommend Wow and if their other properties are the same and if their customer service is indicitive of the rest of their properties, you just cannot go wrong with Timberwinds. Thank you for making our 20th anniversary a memorable one!

Stayed at Brookside it was awesome cabin the bear decided he would put is big butt in the screen on the in screened porch field mice was the only problem that is normal for this time of year. Very beautiful cabin. Thank you for a enjoyable stay. From k.C.

Had an amazing weekend getaway at Bear Creek Lodge. We had originally booked another cabin with a mountain view for just two but were notified the day of our departure that due to unforeseen circumstances, the cabin was not available. While that was disappointing, we were happy to have a tremendous upgrade to Bear Creek Lodge. Even though we didnt need all the space, we greatly enjoyed the cabin and location. We appreciated the great communication regarding the switch and look forward to returning with the entire family! Thank you for a great mini vacation!

We reserved a cabin for this spring break and since then, a few unfortunate events have happened and were very costly to us.We unfortunately had to cancel our spring break and cancelling our cabin was made easy with them. We will definitely be making reservations in the future here again because they look like nice cabins and the owner is easy to work with.

I will never stay at Timberwinds Cabins again. I made reservations on the Seventh of September, and found out that I would not be able to make the trip. I was allowed to cancel my reservation. But there was no refund of my deposit. I think the most responsible thing to do would be to simply give me a refund. Things happen that are out of our control. If you have made plans and was always able to carry them out. I would like to shake your hand.

Cabin location and view is wonderful! All of the communication I’ve had with the owner had also been enjoyable.

We picked the Honeymoon Hideaway for our first anniversary. The set up of the cabin was very different. The headboard was a foot from the front door, the kitchen/livingroom were located on the lower floor. The tv in the living room was broken, so for us to watch TV we had to either sit or lay on the bed. Also under amenities it had fully equipped kitchen, slim on what they had, not even a kitchen towel. The grill was broken which was also disappointing as we like to cook some of our meals at the cabin and had ribs ready to go before we knew the grill was broken.

My wife and I honeymooned at, The View for Two, this cabin is absolutely beautiful! On arrival, Randy, the man who the phone for the code for the cabin was polite and helpful. We loved our cabin, it matched the description to a tee. And the view was breathtaking from our porch! During our stay our washer stopped working, and we called Randy, he worked it out so that we could do our laundry at a nearby cabin, while ours was being fixed. In addition to the laundry, there were a few other needs that Randy aided us with. And he did so in a timely fashion, always putting us first. If your considering timberwinds, stay here. The service is awesome; the cabins are fair priced, and the cabins are beautiful!

We always use Timberwinds when we come to the mountains. Our 2nd night here during this stay, there was a terrible storm which resulted in our power being out for 2 days, along with water. After speaking with the manager, they were able to move us to another cabin! Their service is always top notch, and we will never rent from anyone else but this company! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

My wife and I celebrated 25 years of marriage at A View For Two. After lots a searching, I mean LOTS, I found Timberwinds cabins. I had a few questions before making our reservations, so called and talked with Randy. It seemed like I was talking to a long time friend on the phone. His customer service was absolutely 5 Stars. When we arrived, we could not believe how nice everything was. The pictures dont seem to do the cabin justice. When they say a fully equipped kitchen, they truly mean it. The decor was also 5 stars. Weve stayed at some nice places, the Belagio included, over the years but I dare say this was the nicest place of all. As far as cleanliness, the place was spotless. The view from the decks was breathtaking. We are already planning for our next trip to A View For Two. Thank you Timberwinds and Randy for making our 25th anniversary so special!

We had a wonderful experience with Timberwinds Cabins. Sadly the cabin we reserved burnt the night before we were to arrive. Timberwinds reserved another beautiful cabin for us. We had a wonderful honeymoon !!!

My wife and I spent out 1st year anniversary here and this place is absolutely amazing I cant express enough in words how wonderful I view is here. And th cabin is so beautiful .i truely love every thing about it. It is just what we needed to relax and enjoy each other plus the amazing view . Randy has the best customer service he is great ...Thank you we will be back again.

We booked a cabin for a few days and had to cancel because of what is going on in this world. They refused to give me a refund.

Rented loopers lodge and everything was perfect loved the location very close to everything but still had that secluded feeling. First trip in 16 years and will definitely be back to TN and will be using Timberwind for a cabin rental.

Enjoyed our vacation in Brookside, our 2am wake up call from a bear in the garbage outside made our trip so much more exciting. It was definetly a treat for all of us to see. Customer service is above a 5, Mr. Randy goes above and beyond to help guest with any problems or just simple questions. Every year we stay in TN, We stayed in all about the view our Over all trip I wasn’t happy staying here we spent over $1700 for a yard that wasn’t mowed, walked in and the floor in the kitchen was nasty there was dust everywhere. On the 2nd floor balcony there was wood dust everywhere. Hot tub we had to drain because there was algae and smelled horrible. The owner had Control of the ac whole time from their phone we left the door open due to kids and the owner called and said to shut the door(remind you we paid over $1700 for this) the ice maker did not work, they did not send anybody to fix the ice maker like they told me they would, only brought us bags of ice the grill was really nasty. On the second floor you could not Play pool due to the walls it was way too small doesn’t look as big as they do in the pictures. We definitely will never rent from here again do to lack of effort. Dryer was very squeaky and we did not appreciate the cameras keeping tabs on our every move it was very weird never left passwords for Wi-Fi or directions on how to work TVs. My fifth day here and the office sent me an email asking me to call the and he stated to me that there was too many people at the cabin and to make sure they were not staying the night we had family over for dinner who lives in Tennessee they were spying on us through the cameras. It made me so sick that we decided that we were going to leave the next day and cut out trip short to have somebody control your whole entire trip is crazy and not acceptable this you invaded my privacy! I do not recommend anybody to rent from them!
