Theyve come out quickly to service our old AC unit a couple different times (this year and 2 years ago) and did a good job. Reasonable rates too. Recommend them. A+

Hylton 72° are very professional. I called on a random weekday and was expecting to hear that it would be several days before anyone could come look at my a/c but the very nice lady on the phone said she would have someone out to my house in a matter of hours. Prior to the technicians arrival I got a text message from their office with not only a notification that the tech was on his way but it also had a picture of him and told about his qualifications and a tiny bit about him on a personal level. I gotta tell you that part really makes you feel at ease when you are a single woman who lives alone. Chuckle was the tech and although my a/c unit is old and is going to cost way more than I can afford he was a very polite and nice young man. Just a pure goodness about him. If ever I need the services of a heating and air business again I will not call any one other than HYLTON 72°!

The Hylton crew came when they said they would. Installed it within a few hours. Complete HVAC replacement. They were professional, courteous and clean. Much appreciated.

Buyers beware !!!! Most expensive not to mention unprofessional HAVAC in the area. Rude receptionist with no social skills. Repair man took 4 days to TRY and fix what another company fixed in 5 hours. Not to mention the price $$$$.Do not recommend

Hylton 72 Degrees provides great customer service. Their entire staff from the office to their technicians are very professional and courteous. They offer excellent products at reasonable rates. They are quick to respond and fix any problem you may have. I am very happy to have them as my HVAC company and I highly recommend them.

We had Hylton come out to add insulation to our attic. The insulation guys were on time, courteous, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We were very pleased with the work, great job!

Nice professional hvac company

We just purchased a home in the area and had issues with the AC system 15 days after moving in. I looked up the best reviews for AC service in this area and ran across Hylton 72 Degrees (glad I did). I placed a call for service and Craig came out to help us. He was straight forward and honest with us from the start and the issues we had should have been caught during the home inspection but they werent....... We ended up replacing the unit (not going to invest $$ into a sinking ship). Craig took care of everything and got us lined up and on the schedule for the new install. Today the guys came out and tackled this job like a pit crew, they were ready to work as soon as the truck doors opened. I would like to Thank the Hylton family and the following men.....Rick, Terry, Allen, Tony and of course Craig who stopped by again today to make sure everything was taken care of and to see if we had any questions. These men were professional, hard working, and knew exactly what needed to be done and they did it right the first time. There was a minor issue from the factory and they told me the truth about it and are taking care of that as well. Before the guys departed it was already getting chilly in the house and now you can hang meat in here. Outstanding company and group of men that work for this company. I look forward to the continued service and honesty that I have received from Hylton 72 Degrees and I am now a customer for life. Tabitha was friendly and helpful when I called. Matt called to see if he could show up early! I loved that!! He was thorough, friendly and didnt try to sell me what I didnt need. The company offers competitive, fair prices and I wasnt charged extra for weekend service. Highly recommend.

Steer clear of this company unless you like wasting thousands of dollars. Tried to sell my friend (who is a struggling single mom) a 3.5 ton A/C unit for $10,000. The unit is deliverable by Amazon for $2500. Say 2 days to put it in(which is a stretch) minus say $1000 labor and miscellaneous parts etc.(also a stretch) $6500 profit. Pretty good for 2 days work. These folks try to develop a relationship with their service plans and then pounce when they can. Plenty of good A/C shops around. They give happy smiley face service. You would be smiling too if you could sell them for what they do!

Let me start with some context the technician came out at about 12am which is about the time I called. (Completely ok with me needed service at a rental). The tech then calls me at 1am asking if he could come back first thing in the am he was starting to get loopy or whatever from it being late. (Again I totally understand Ive worked late and have experienced similar so I was nice and said it was ok). Next day rolls around no call or anything from tech which i then call him around 1 PM to get an update on the situation he then tells me that he hasnt even gotten over to my rental yet because he had an emergency call at the island. The technician finally gets to my rental at about 4 PM which clearly isnt first thing in the am.( this is especially annoying because clearly I have tenants that NEED a/c. So all of that no big deal I pay what they charged and thought nothing else of it. About a month later my tenants is complaining of the a/c of not blowing very strong so I get under my crawl space to find that the plenum is hanging nearly half way off not taped or fully secured back to the unit and my crawl space is nice and cold. This is the entire reason for this review the fact that I paid nearly 400 dollars for service and parts and this is the result is ridiculous.***UPDATEThe General manager has since contacted me and has resolved the issue. He was very professional and explained to me that he discussed everything with the his team. I understand things like this dont happen often and i appreciate them reaching out to make things right. No harm no foul. Thank you again changed to 3 stars from 1 i know reviews are important for a business.

We recently got a new unit installed and David Loyd was the Lead Installer, his team was professional and did the install in a quick and efficient manor on a poring rainy day. Josh Commander was our Lead Project Consultant and provided my family with the tools and advice to make a wise purchase of a new unit. More than pleased with the crew at Hylton 72 degrees.

This is the best company. I had two wonderful technicians, Brad and Chuck. They came out and an amazing job. They were very professional knowledgeable, and kind. They changed all of the duct work in my house. They would not leave until everything looked perfect and clean. They inspected their work before leaving. Absolutely five star people. If you need duct work done please request Brad and Chuck. I couldnt have been happier with their service.

Everyone is extremely customer focused from the owner Billy who came to the job to consult with us, to the front office ladies Tabitha and Callie, the sales team and technicians Tony, Craig, and Chuck. Yesterday Bobby performed our twice a year checkup of our Coleman AC & Heat Pump. We purchased this 4 ton 18 SER System a few years ago from Hylton and have been 100% satisfied. Electric bill down dramatically! Bobby is always explaining the work he is performing and cheerfully answers questions. Hylton’s plumbing guys, Brad and Rob, came to my home to evaluate a leaky shower head pipe. They quickly identified and fixed the problem. They also fixed the works in a toilet tank and caulked a tile seam in a walk in shower until I could get a tile guy to fix the problem.Both men were very courteous, friendly, informative and explained everything that they were doing. They also asked to inspect all my plumbing just in case there was an issue that I might not have been aware of. They explained all the services that Hylton provides and left contact info with me. Payment was easy and a payment received invoice was sent to me by email.I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and guarantee you will be happy with Brad and Rob; they are very pro customer service. These guys will come to your home at a moments notice, which is why they get a 2 star rating. Thats where the good news will end.I had an 18 year old unit that needed to be replaced and I was given an estimate of $8,000 - $11,000 for 4 ton packaged unit, with a 10 year warranty, for a home less than 2,000 sq ft.I decided to get a 2nd and 3rd estimate. Each of the other companies laughed before ever coming out and immediately guessed who had been servicing my unit I ultimately got the same deal for half the price from another company and had it installed with no hassle.If you have cash to burn, then this company will be there for you, otherwise, I recommend you shop around.How they have so many 5 star ratings is beyond me. I can only assume they pay for that service.

Wrestled with our heating/cooling unit for years. Called 72 degrees and after maintenance ( they spent hours checking everything out) it has never performed better. Highly recommend them.

Tabitha called this morning and explained their phones were down. She is sending someone over today. They will also reimburse the fee we paid to another service provider yesterday. That is good customer service.

Bobby came out to perform a maintenance check on our system. Bobby was very personable, went over all the suggested things to do to our system. Highly recommend this business and all their employees for any work that needs to be completed to get you going again.

These guys are great! We bought a new AC unit last year and when this summer rolled around we found it wasnt cooling like it should. Our unit was still under warranty and they came out - got the problem isolated and fixed - no questions asked. Cant thank these guys enough! Highly recommend!

Just incredible - have used this company before when I bought this house & due to company I have been using policy may have changed coming out this area decided to call Hylton up this time. Some crazy lady told me that she does not want my business! Wow, what a nut - never had such before & may file a lawsuit against the company. And my air conditioning is not working, so this could get very ugly!

Our dealings with Hylton began several years ago during an extremely cold winter. As the thermometer hovered around zero, we realized out heat pump was not working. We called several companies, and the only one that answered with a live person was Hylton. We were back on line very quickly due to the techs preparedness---Since then, between us and family members, we have had three aging HVAC systems replaced. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They truly cared about doing a great job. I wish I could remember all of the names of those involved in the past in order to give the proper kudos---- More recently though, Bobby Bouche, Tony, Chuck and Chucky provided the utmost in professional services to us. Professional and experienced HVAC organization. Billy had upgraded our system 6 years ago and added a high performance filtration system with an ultra violet light to improve the quality of air in our home.

Brad showed up on time, was courteous, and professional. Repaired my water leak, and made sure everything was correct before he left. This was only 3 hours after showing up at their business, requesting the service call on a Monday morning.

We were having a problem with the HVAC unit. Called this company. They had an estimator come to the house the next day. He quoted $3,000 to replace sequencer and repair inside with NO GUARANTEE. He then quoted $6,000 - $10,000 to replace entire unit.We called OMNI HEATING AND AIR and they came out and repaired the problem for under $400. No problem since....and they guarantee their work.Very disgusted at how Hylton 72 attempted to rip us off! Shame on you. You probably do excellent work, however, you cant con people out of money like that.Very disappointed.Yes....you are in Sevierville and yes it was your company that sent the estimator to our Black Road address.

He, along with all Hylton technicians, installers, and plumbers who have serviced, inspected, or recommended products or services, are always so thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Jonathan was doing a seasonal HVAC inspection (which was free due to our club membership....great value, by the way) and treated the job as if I were paying several hundred dollars for the service...he didn’t miss a thing on the inspection form, took his time explaining to me how I could get the most efficiency and life out of our two new units (installed by Hylton in 2017). Bought a new unit and spent $10,000+ and have the warranty. They come just like clock work and service, my only thing is every time they come out they are always suggesting you need to add or buy something else. With $10,000 unit why should there be something to always add or do.
