Struggling with my mental health I reached out to Shine to make an appointment, scheduled my appointment and got a text message confirming time and other information about forms that needed to be filled out but NO MENTION OF WHERE THE FORMS WERE OR HOW TO OBTAIN THEM, on the morning of my appointment I decided to search through my emails to see if they had sent said forms because I had not received an other text and no email came through on my phone, when searching I found that all email correspondence had been sent to my junk folder including a cancellation EMAIL that my appointment for the day had been cancelled last week and I had no idea. The office personnel called and told me I had to reschedule and wait another whole week to be seen and that “everyone is struggling right now”. Sending emails to new patients often leads to them going to junk, perhaps change your text messages that are sent out to mention that all further correspondences will be sent via email so you new patients aren’t looking for text messages since that is how you originally sent details. Now I have no appointment and Im feeling even more defeated. Thanks for the STELLAR communication Shine!
