I always dread the process of buying a new phone because it is such a game, for all dealers, but Kylie made it pleasant and she is very knowledgeable of the products. I went to this store as my iPhone 7 was not working well anymore. I wonderful young man named Shawn assisted me and the process was very smooth. He did everything for me and showed me all the new gadgets. I would highly recommend this store and especially Shawn! Ask for him if you go in there. You won’t regret it!

U still have to call customer service then u have to go through all these crazy prompts n then u still arent promised to talk to a real person. Makes no sense to me. So because of my experience today I will be going back to Comcast. Verizon gives u the run around. I was not happy. Zero stars

Im sorry - initially great, but support is almost nil. Brianna was so pleasant and promised so much. All service people at the store could not be nicer. But now I have to constantly call and work my way through the main switchboard to talk to Walter. It has been 6 months, and I still dont have resolution to the issue. They talk the talk but are not walking the walk for me.

I came here to return my Fios router before moving. I walked in with my router in hand and an employee at the front told me to sign in on the tablet and then wait in my car for a text. I signed in and returned to my car. I waited a full hour without getting a text before I decided to walk back in with my router. As I was standing at the front an employee came from the back of the store and told me he could assist me with the return and I was out within a couple minutes. I dont know why I had to sit in my car for over an hour for something that could be taken care of so easily... who knows how long I would have been waiting for that text.

Stopped by yesterday to check out a new phone and drop off old fios boxes. And I cant say enough about Nick and Randall. From the start they both made it a very pleasant and awesome experience. As someone who has spent their entire adulthood in customer service/relations, I couldnt have been more happier to have them as my salesmen. From great conversations to providing me with knowledge of my new phone, I can tell they are top notch. I will certainly be referring all my friends and family to Nick and Randall. Thank you both for taking the time to just talk like we were old friends.

There are super nice people that work here BUT, i have had a major issue with my account since January where the employee i worked promised us a bogo deal but the deal had since expired. We now have to pay full price for both of our phones which is something we didnt intend on at all. I am not local to this area yet i have flown and visited this store several times to resolve this issue..but some how it is still not fixed. I have tried calling the store numerous times since leaving maryland only to be directed to to customer service..then to billing..only for billing to tell me how much i owe. This is an extremely difficult process. I wish there was a better way to connect with them.

This next point is not directed at Ray; I just wish Verizon would be more forthcoming when it comes to giving a person paperwork (illustrating charges, fees, not to mention what you’re signed up for). The worst experience in phone purchasing. My Husband and I purchased 4 phone on a family plan. We were sold a promo that apparently doesnt even exist. We were told we would be getting gift cards for trade ins. We are now 3 months out and the sales rep has stopped taking and returning our calls. I reached out to Customer Care at Verizon and was told that promo was NEVER a thing. We only switched our phones over for this promo. Its comical that this guy told us he was a manager and LIED about a promo to get a sale. He sat with us for over a hour telling us about all the stuff we could get for free because we could basically pay it all off with our gift cards when they come in. And of course Verizon is not honoring his promo because it never existed.

Everyone was very nice to work with, I had to get a new phone because mine was lost/stolen. I really appreciated that Nick helped me by transferring my information from the iCloud and making sure everything was set up for me as well as putting my screen protection on so I didn’t have to mess with it. I would recommend friends/family to go there.

Went to turn in my set top box for fios from my old house, expressly told the person who helped me that my connection had already been moved to my new house and I didnt need a disconnection or setup appointment, and they go and disconnect my service anyway. Had to call customer service to get my existing internet connection reestablished, avoid this place for fios issues.

I tried to share how to recycle old iPhones with the store personnel, since the person I spoke with didn’t know where or how I could recycle my non-working iPhone. The first person hung up before I was done speaking, and the second person would not let me speak to a manager. Not an environmentally friendly customer service team. He said, “a manager would probably not return my call.”I found a place on Apple’s website where they will email you a label, free of charge, and you can recycle your old iPhone. It’s the right thing to do.

Awful experience. My girlfriend left the store with a bag full of accessories and told me she got them for free... she also told me she wasn’t sure why she had to put money down today when usually the phone payment goes on the bill. Once we discovered that the $400 she paid in store was actually for all of this stuff and not for the phone, she tried to return it but was told she was past the 7 day return period?? And he charged her for a water protection plan and set up fee she didn’t know she was paying!! Come on now and they allow these employees to pride themselves in being an “assistant manager”, makes me wonder what the manager would screw us over with! Doesn’t even deserve a one star.

I absolutely love the workers here. Theyre friendly, helpful, and didnt try to over-sell me on services, bundles, or equipment.My problem was who theyre doing business with concerning phone insurance. The insurance for phones was a pain to figure out, and to top that off, you pay something like 20 dollars a month, just to have to pay $200 deductible for your phone if it breaks, all the while paying off the original price of the phone. Not a super great deal

I went to the Severna Park location today to purchase the IPhone 11 Pro Max. I have a few friends who are with Verizon and they have informed me that I can trade my phone in (REGARDLESS IF I OWE MONEY ON IT) and use the money they would give for my phone to buy me out of Sprint’s agreement. With that being said I called the store to be courteous and let them know that I realized it was 6:38pm est and that I would be there at 6:45 as I live around the corner. I asked the representative if they could check to see if the phone was there before I got there which they proceed to say yes. I get to the location and I could instantly tell that I was being rushed out of the story. The representative first told me that I needed to buy iCloud storage and that they do not switch over your information from your phone to their computer to your new phone. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to call sprint customer service to get my account number and pin and to pay the phone off and that can, “take a while so when did you want to schedule to come back.” I responded and said, “no I want to take care of this today; I have my account number and pin handy and it was my understanding due to Verizon’s website that you would credit me $360.00 for my iPhone 10 since it’s in immaculate condition.” She then responded by telling me to hold on as she went into another room. She then comes back and says “we don’t have the phone you want in stock all the ones we have are already on hold for someone else” so I asked why was informed otherwise before I came here. She told me that their manager had already left and that they weren’t able to check that information out without the manager there (are you seeing the contradiction there?) so I got up and just left and of course I called corporate for them to be closed as well for the day so overall I’m perplexed with the way in which Verizon deals with their customers.

Waiting hour to pick up cable box upgrade is insane. Why the box drop off/ pick up is in the same line as the wireless customers is just poor management. Myself and the 8 other box drop off customers at least had the entertainment of hearing Grandma Genes iPhone 6 data transfer to her new fancy iPhone after being scammed $300+ for cables, chargers and screen protectors all while the salesman constantly reiterating “I think this will work best for you”. 2 stars for how many complete sentences were in this Rant/Review

The wait for dropping off an FiOS wireless box is unreal, they could do this so much better.Turning in and receiving a receipt for old equipment is it a two minute transaction. There are multiple people in line with equipment to turn in. I’ve waited over an hour. I realize a turn in doesn’t generate a commission but waiting while multiple customers receive a marketing pitch on what phone what case what plan to purchase is very irritating. 17 year customer for both home and cell.While waiting I called your customer support and the representative called the store and got brushed off as well.Not worth recommending.

We were the the other day. Music playing was rap with the F word in every sentence. Really not necessary considering there was a young teen there getting her first phone. This is a business not your home or car. Then finally I got waited on and we again sat there while the guy waiting on us left our table without even a be right back while he took a personal call laughing and thinking he was having a wonderful conversation while the customers still sitting there waiting! So I went to this store today. Verizon technical support referred me to a local store because I had a faulty SIM in an iPhone 5s. After an extensive wait, the gentleman told me that this older phone was no longer supported by Verizon. If he would try to replace the SIM, the phone would no longer work. And, it would no longer acxept the old SIM. He suggested that my only remedy would be to buy a new phone. So I left the store and called Verizon technical support. They basically said the man at the store was full of it. He just wanted to sell me a new phone. I went home and replaced the SIM. All is working fine. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Came in with a very simple ask. Can I upgrade my phone from a 6 to a 10. Thus began a 3 day many-hour nightmare that I am still involved with as we speak as I am on hold with Verizon Wireless customer service. Again.Long story short, they started an entirely new line for me which I didnt want/need. They also didnt tell me they had done that. It also made no sense. I spent hours with Verizon Wireless customer service untangling this. Everyone assured me I would not be charged for the extra line. And here I am 15 days later again on the phone because I just received a bill for $320 charging me for the second line. INFURIATING.
