It took a while to get the appointment on the books due to several different reasons, but once the appointment was made the staff and doctors at Chesapeake audiology were friendly, helpful, and professional. The appointment went smoothly and was very quick.

I went to Chesapeake Hearing in Severna Park for a hearing exam and some other tests and am very pleased with the service I received. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Holtz and was very impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She made me feel comfortable even as she was blasting hot air into my ears! I had a great experience and Chesapeake Hearing Center and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first experience with an audiologist and I could not have been more impressed. Dr. Holtz was prompt, professional, and explained my results within minutes after finishing the tests. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the interaction with the receptionist was outstanding. They handled all the necessary paperwork for my insurance so there was very little for me to do. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend Chesapeake Hearing in Severna Park.

I was in and out of there real quick. They were able to replace my hearing aid, plus gave me a loaner till the new one arrived.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have always let me know when there is a significant change to my insurance policy. It has been easy to schedule appointments. They have adapted to Covid changes and make it very easy to stay safe during visits.

The people who work here really do seem to care about the patients. Too often a doctors office will treat you like cattle, this is definitely *not* the case with Chesapeake Hearing Centers!While they may not admittedly be the cheapest source for a hearing aid (I got this $20 amplifier from Walmart!), the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

One of my hearing aids had lost its retention spring. I went to the Severna Park office where they accepted me as walk-in.. The problem was fixed for free, even though warranty had expired. While at it they also cleaned the aid and put in a new battery.
