I have used RCM Elevators for annual inspection and preventive maintenance for ten years. They have done an excellent job of keeping my residential elevator safe and reliable. The few times I have needed service calls they have been very responsive. Sean and Glen have been my regular techs and are a pleasure to have in my home.

The team at RCM was amazing. Our elevator got stuck between floors following a power failure and I could not reset it. Kathy was able to get us scheduled the day we called. Glen and Jake called ahead of our scheduled time to tell us they could come early - wow! When they got there they were able to quickly isolate the problem and with some quick tech support they had it back in operation. Glen took the time to explain to me the uniqueness of our elevator and why the problem occurred. Given the number of power failures that hit our neighborhood I’m sure we will need them again. That’s where their maintenance plan will be very helpful.

RCM has been servicing my elevator ever since my home was completed in 2006. Every service call has been 1st class all the way and the elevator runs smoothly day in and day out. Very pleased with the professionalism of their staff who my home like their own.

Expert service. Quick and reliable.I had small problem with my elevator intermittently not working. I called RCM, spoke with Kathy who set up a service call 2 hours later. The techs, I believe Sean and Zach, ran up and down the stairs until they diagnosed the problem. One faulty switch needed replacement and a few days later everything was fixed and it works like a charm.Anyone familiar with Annapolis area construction knows a home built by Guy Pilli is top of the line. He only uses the best. In fact, my home was completed almost 18 years ago and I continue to use the same A/C-Heat, Electricians, Plumbers, irrigation, and other companies were here during construction. That says a lot about quality and longevity. RCM fits right in there with these other companies. I highly recommend them.

My home elevator has some mechanical issues and RCM always arrives promptly to fix them. The technicians Sean and Greg are very patient and professional.

Sean and Zack installed an incline platform lift in my house. They were the consummate professionals the two days they were here. They went right to work, respected my home and my family, and didn’t waste time. The lift worked perfectly from the start. I was impressed by how clean they worked and how tidy they left their workspace. Don’t take this the wrong way guys, but I hope I don’t see you again for a long time. The lift works great, so I don’t think I will. 😃

We live in a 102 year old Victorian style home where we wanted to grow old as we are currently in our mid 70s. To that end we wanted to put in an elevator. We contacted Angel from RCM Elevators to help us out. They were extremely helpful in the design phase with out builder to create an elevator that would fit into the motif of the house decor and yet be functional and reliable. The installation went as smooth as silk, mostly due to Angels diligence at tracking and managing all the details of construction into such an old residence. The job was done on time and on budget. We have had several years of maintenance free operation and could not be more pleased with the results and the support from Angel and her team at RCM Elevators. We first met the team at RCM when an elevator manufacturer recommended them to inspect the 34 elevators in our community in connection with a recall. Eventually they installed several new or upgraded elevators in the community, completed the inspections and are in the process of installing a supplemental device recommended by the manufacturer. I wouldnt be surprised if they are retained by others in our community to service their elevators annually.They are responsive and very pleasant to work with, especially Angel who is their manager, does the scheduling and was on-site for all the inspections. Just wanted to say how pleased my grandfather was with RCM, Glen specifically. Glen installed a stairlift for him. He said its one of the best decisions hes made. The piece of mind is worth every penny, although their prices are very reasonable. My grandfather was also extremely impressed at how friendly, courteous, and professional Glen was. He tried many times to tip him when the job was over, but Glen refused and said, All I need is a handshake. He also complimented Glens workmanship many times. Over all, it was a great experience and we will definitely recommend your company in the future!

Had a problem with our elevator. Called the main office and within a very short time they had their technician Glen Rhoades out to our home on the Eastern Shore. He was very professional, thorough and fixed the problem in a very short time. This happened during COVID-19 and he had shoe covers and a mask, which I appreciated, while working in our home.

The price was very reasonable and the staff were very professional and helpful. Angel, Zack, Glen and Jake were especially helpful. The installed elevator was perfect and exceeded our wildest expectations.I would recommend the company any time.
