Mechanics have always been good. Dropped off my car this morning for an inspection, was told I didnt need a call back, just come back in forty minutes to an hour. Came back after an hour and a half, car was still sitting where I left it. Lame excuse that the time estimate didnt include lunch, but I could come back in two hours as someone elses car was getting an inspection. Two trips to the station for nothing. Wasted my time, wont ever be going back.

I do not recommend this place. After waiting for one hour while they were supposedly doing my inspection I asked how much longer it would be and they said that they couldnt find the V lock key and that I had to contact the dealer to get the location. After 5 minutes of looking for the key I found it and ask how much longer it would be to which they replied 45 minutes. I have been waiting an hour and 30 minutes at this point.

Ive taken my cars to this location for several years and they have always provided good service. The mechanics are ASE certified and very knowledgeable with any car related issues. If you are looking for a good place to get your car fixed you should try Severna Park Crown.

My family and I were visiting the area from out of town. On our drive my check engine light came on. I brought my car in for service and they ran a diagnostic. The shop manager was very honest and gave me great advice on how to proceed. There was no pressure for repairs, I truly believe this is an honest and reputable establishment. My family and I are very grateful that we stoped there. If they treat everyone like they treated us I highly recommend!

Just got my car state inspected, lowest price in the area!!! They help me save a lot of money by being honest with me and letting me taking advantage of their on going offers! They offered me free fresh coffee while I waited & store / waiting area was very clean and comfortable to wait in! Its now under new management so they have definitely improved! Gas prices are always the lowest on route 2, never need to stop anywhere else!

Just called to check weather if they do MD state inspections for both uber and Regular drivers. Very nice and friendly service over the TP. Very detail and precise about inspection service.

Bad customer service. Long story short he told me to come before 1pm I arrived 11:30am(took a hour drive) just for him to say he didn’t talk to me the day before about coming and then says he told me to come by 12pm and there were 2 cars already there for an inspection. I ended up taking another 25 min drive to Baltimore to get an inspection. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Came here for an uber inspection in which the cashier lies about appointments. I took off of work to wait 3 hours. The mechanic/owner showed up an hour late because he had to stop at Sams club to purchase cigarettes. Smh.
