I’ve been with StateFarm for a few years now. One of the best insurance experiences I’ve had working with Kristen and Betty Joe. They are very responsive when you need something and they work well with you in times of trouble. There are a lot of savings to benefit off of being a long term customer. Great pricing for combined auto, renters and life policies. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great experience as well.

Ms Kristen explained my new policy and billing process easily. Switching insurance company used to be a pain but she made it super easy. Im not saving much from my previous insurance but, Im getting more services and the professionalism from Ms Kristen is over the top. Thank you Ms Kristen.

Posting anom, dont like my info out there....but have been with this State Farm office over 30 years (auto policies) and always received courteous and respectful service. Need to point out an exception recent encounter with sales rep Kristen who dealt with MANY of my questions about current auto policy rebates and the Drive Safe program. Kristens patience and advise (to save money!) was much appreciated! Thank you Kristen for your wonderful customer service. :-}

10 stars ✨ across the boardI had a minor issue dealing with my D.L not to long ago I was going to be cancelled from my car insurance until I got that resolved but Kristen thankfully was a guardian angel she worked very hard and diligently with me staying aboard with StateFarm and seeing that this matter get taken care of ASAP. Long story short the underwriters continued to let me be with them renewed my policy everything was back on track and about a week or so ago my DL is fixed with the MVA so it all turned out positive. Thanks to Kristen who stayed working with me thru all this nothing but patience, I have great coverage with them along with the discounts I couldn’t be in a better place with them.

I have had car, house and personal property insurance with Mr. Cassitys office for over 20 years. My experience has been very good. The staff is very, very helpful, always ready to answer questions or solve problems and go out of their way to serve the customers. I highly recommend the office and its staff.
