My daughter has been doing IMST for a few years now and its a great place. Clean and safe!
I have used the weight room in the past. It is a low key and great place to workout. Next month will start my sixth year in the therapy pool and it is wonderful. If not for that pool I would already be in a wheel chair. Come use this great facility that is truly the heart of Severna Park.
This gym isn’t the biggest gym but it is a caring gym. They have dance classes a basketball court and maybe some indoor soccer. They also have a lap pool and a club swim team.
25 yard pool, fitness center, basketball gym, and many kid activities. Always clean and well priced. Highly recommend.
