The car wash itself is pretty good. Sometimes it leaves a little soap behind. The vacuums work really well. All in all 4stars.

Im not from the area but I needed to wash my vehicle any how it was past 8pm and vacuums got shut down when I was in the middle of the clean up any how Duran Delgado young man did very good talking to hes manager and take care of me making me feel like a valuable costumer thank you Duran for you great costumer service 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

This new place was great everything worked well it was clean and the line was long but it went fast.

They have a team that does the prewash before going through. You have to clean the inside and vacuum yourself, but they provide dash & glass wipes if you ask for them. And Ive never had a hard time finding an open vacuum station.

Drive thru on our way home from California. Car needed a wash bad. Easy on screen selections. I thought it was a little pricey but it was California.

Vacuum out & cleaned the inside before havg it washed. It was dirty from all the dust but looks nice. Wish it had done a better job!

Wash you Car at your OWN RISK!!....my valve stem on my tire was broken by either the rail or the person scrubbing my car ... i was advised by one of the pre wash scrub guys....he said im sorry it was my fault your valve stem broke...soon after that my tire pressure went down to zero in seconds...since i was allready in the rails and there where cars behind me they forced me to run my truck through the tunnel with a flat tire...which damaged the structure of the tire....when i got out the tunnel they did not offer to call a tow truck to change my tire....pretty much they told me i was on my own....the manager cameout and said your wheels are aftermarket....maybe thats why that happened...i told him yes ..but my valve stem was oem due to the fact that truck has air sensors... then he said i will call the owner to see what he says ...they never called back...i went 2 days later...and he told me ..the owner said he is not paying because your wheels are after market.....no where on the premises there is a sign posted of a warning about aftermarket wheels.... also i requested to watch the video and he showed an edited version and only the top camera and furthest from the wheel...notice when you go in to the tunnel there is several cameras all the way down to the floor.. and they showed me the very top angle...i asked the manager can i see the whole video...and he said no...i cant...its not available..... i had 4 active memberships which costed me around 130 dollars a month that i cancelled rightaway.....i been member since the first week they opened.....so to conclude......WASH YOUR CAR AT OWN RISK!!!

I run my cars thru once a week its a pretty good job. Easy access to vacuum cleaners and air gun. Cool place

The carwash resulted in broken driver side mirror. This was caught on camera however management stated the owner wouldnt replace based on normal wear and tear of my vehicle 😢.Based on my interactions with a few members of the Surf Thru Express team, I strongly suggest additional training in customer service skills.The gentleman that the damage was initially reported to did a great job.

Quick service great vacuums but had some dirty spots on car still. Not gonna lie my car was pretty dirty so next time i go ill give an update.

Went threw the wash twice and after tellin them they still didnt remove the bug on the front of car and windshield.

First time at Surf Thru In Selma.The service was professional. The gentleman that helped us they sprayed the car and then they washed it. Even the car wash seemed to be at gentle cycle of cleaning. We enjoyed going and recommend it to others.

I went through this car wash with a new car that I had for only 2 weeks. When I got home I realized that there were several paint chips and a gouge in the hood, that were not there before. On top of this, the car was still dirty in many places including the grill, windows, windowsills, moonroof, the roof, and the wheels. After noticing the new chips in the paint, I sent an email to let them know what happened. They called me to have me come by and fill out a damage report and offered a free wash to get it clean. I filled the report and heard back two days later. The claim was denied because the scratches were “preexisting” and I couldn’t talk to the manager of that location because “they rarely call customers back” (words from the supervisor who called me to tell me the claim was denied).In short: don’t take your car through here if you want it in the same condition as it was before. If you don’t mind it still dirty and a few new scratches, then this is an excellent place.

The workers are nice professional . After I decorated my car for several graduates they got the window marker off. I wasnt expecting them to. I was going to clean whatever didnt come off at home, so I was pleasantly and gratefully surprised

Its almost like a 2 in one carnival ride. You get a real good car wash bust it scares me how close the cars are as they go through. Especially when all the soap is coming out. It makes me look forward to getting my vehicles washed

Theyre lucky Im giving them 1 Star. Their Car wash left a few scratches on my car. Deep scratches that cant be buffed out. After going through the wash, there was still lots of water dripping from my car. I didnt want my car to get water spots, so Id towel dry my car in the parking lot. A few times it was already dark outside and the scratches werent noticed. After noticing scratches on my car, I went through again during daylight and yep, another scratch. All in different places so I dont understand why, but theyre there and I have good reason to believe they all came from the Surf Thru in Selma, CA. My car doesnt go into neutral easily, but as the guys were guiding me at the entrance the car wash would take my car before it was in neutral and now I have A GIANT CHIP ON MY RIM.

I am always driving away content knowing that the service and experience at surf thru is a,ways 100 percent satisfaction gauranteed.

Best Affordable monthly plan anywhere, RFID sticker in the windshield, drive- up, crossing bar pops up grab your free trash bag, get a great wash & stop to use the free vacuum, there are a lot of stations Ive never had to wait. Tip: if the line is really long theres little to no wait!

I drive a Hummer H3 I have been here 5 separate times and my Hummer has never been completely clean there is always dust still on it, i.e. my hood!!!. You guys are awful!!!

Best place in town, love it. They have a great monthly plan that allows you to go through at anytime, well at least when they are open, you can go anytime multiple times if you want. Overall a great place, gotta love it

Great car wash! Due to the volume of cars going through it, the brushes are wearing down, its not doing as good of job as it did when it opened, hopefully management will notice this soon.

I have purchased the unlimited wash which is the ultimate #1 wash but several times i have went in to get my truck washed and it gives me the #2 wash instead

Charged me $8 for express wash. Change from a $20 was only $7 which I didnt notice at first because it was handed to me in a wad with the trash baggy and rag. Stole an extra $5 from me. Not going back!
