They were both very nice and they activated my new phone so fast . I also purchased accessories for my new phone and was given a discount for purchasing those accessories today ! The main worker here doesnt make you feel comfortable, but makes you feel like an idiot by talking like you have no knowledge about your cell phone. All in all dont come here unless youre desperate for a phone. Sprint is cheaper.

I tried to buy a samsung phone to leave my iPhone that is not working well the seller convinced me to buy a samsung s8 for a samsung A50 telling me that the phone was worth $ 800 and that the boss was being friendly and was going to leave me at $ 400 they spent a used and scratched phone I told them and they exchanged it for me in the end the saleswoman promised me that she would pass the information and photos of my iPhone to samsung something that is very difficult to do but she for sale promised to do it after 3 hours in the Store did not manage to pass my important information they left me without wasap service and since they could not fulfill what was promised they tried to make me believe that the problem was of my iPhone in conclusion they robbed me $ 50 dollars that because I opened the phone and they put a screen this they did it because I decided not to buy the phone because of the saleswomans deceptions were 2 men and a woman who abused my card payment and kept $ 50. The seller is very dishonest and they try to sell used phones as new. The saleswoman all the time tried to convince me that they were giving me discounts and doing a favor and I checked in other stores and the $ 400 that she wanted to charge saying that it was cheap is false is the real price of any store

Had a really bad experience here. First off I completely explained what I was looking for, for my car and got a new galaxy that did nothing I asked because after purchasing it and having to bring it back within the same day (as much as a problem they made that) I ended getting an iPhone that I had to figure out on my own. Before getting the iPhone the guy there, I believe the main manager told me he would order a part that can connect my phone properly into the car to read through my steering wheel and speakers just to like I said find out on my own still would not work because the car has an iPhone dock. Once I got the iPhone he told me I would have to still pay for what he ordered and demanded right at that moment and tried to charge my debit car or get money from me. Made me very uncomfortable and I would never go here again. Find it funny all these 5 star reviews are about Jessica, see her in person and you’ll want to give her 5 stars (just saying guys are weak and that’s all it takes) so don’t believe it. She literally sat in my car and still had no idea what she sold me, like I said. No experience
