My son instantly took to the discipline and structure they provide. He tends to lose focus and act out but not here. My wife and I couldn’t be more impressed with the atmosphere provided.

Master Arthur is a great instructor and a great athlete. He is wonderful with children and a great way to learn discipline and respect. Master Arthur is also amazing with adult workouts and classes. It’s a very clean facility. The classes are structured great!! I can’t think of a single complaint. I would highly recommend taking classes here!

To preface: I have been an athlete for most of my life, with varying levels of competitive attitude. I have never had a coach/instructor who can be compared to Master Arthur.I started training with Master Arthur over the summer, and will continue training with him as long as I can. He is an extremely effective coach and martial arts instructor, and the results are obvious in the achievements of ALL of his students.Master Arthur also provides a very charismatic and energetic role model for his younger students, and goes the extra mile outside of simply teaching the class by truly caring and involving himself with his students.Many places can be said to have perfect reviews, this TaeKwonDo center genuinely deserves them.

Ive been doing TaeKwonDo for more than half my life, and during college, Im having trouble finding time to go to the TKD club on campus. When I stayed on campus during the summer of 2018, some friends local to the University area asked me to be a part of a group going to Master Arthurs school in Selden, and attending his classes allowed me to not only regain what I lost in being lazy during the school year, but I was able to improve my sparring ability and regain some of the focus I lost while studying for final exams. I look forward to spending more time under Master Arthurs tutelage.

Master Arthur is the best!!!! He has been teaching me taekwondo for almost three years now and every time I go to class I know that I will learn how to do something new or how I can improve in the sport. In both the childrens classes and the adult classes you will always find yourself working hard and having fun. Because you end up meeting some great people and making friendships it makes going to class even more entertaining to go to. Taekwondo is a great sport for all ages.

Master Arthur provides a fun and positive environment for kids to let off some steam, but also learn discipline through martial arts. He creates an environment where kids can express themselves and build their self esteem and confidence. The children are willing to drop their personal barriers to be open and learn taekwondo and improve on their own personal character.The facility is clean and classes are structured around team and individual work. It’s a safe environment where the children can run around and release all their extra energy in a discipline that maybe useful for them in the future whether it’s for their mental/physical health or simply self defense.I highly encourage anyone that wishes to learn martial arts to try Master Arthur’s class. He teaches traditional taekwondo and competitive Olympic taekwondo. He has much to offer if you’re willing to give it a shot.

Master Arthur is a dedicated, charismatic instructor who practices what he preaches. He is straight forward and yet incredibly funny and relatable to all his students! He creates not only incredible martial artists, but also wonderful people who are very lucky to have an instructor like him. I never leave reviews for anything, normally but this is a case where I feel like I have to. Masterr is truly great. I did A LOT of searching around over the past year and Ive spoken to many schools and this just suddenly clicked. I knew right away it was for me. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to any schools .As total beginner I went in really nervous and thinking I didnt belong and stuck out too much, but now its not even a thing that crosses my mind. The only thing I can think about is when the next class is. I cannot recommend utc enough. If youve been thinking about joining a school, this is definitely the one. Dont wait! My only regret is that I didnt join sooner.

Classes are structured well and works for all types of children. Great adult program too - great workout and way to focus your mind. While Master Arthur is young, he is keen to identify all of his students strengths as well as weaknesses and helps everyone build confidence in areas where they might lack it. UTC Selden is new but is a branch of a long running family business that many local families have been loyal to for years and some families as long as decades. Trial class is always free so give this a shot - it may be what your child or self has been looking for.
