Been doing laundry there for a year and then notice NO HOT WATER. Scam, - I asked the guy that does work for the owner and he said they forgot to turn on the boiler for the water- What BS. - Will give this place another chance and will check. But when doing wash on your own? Check the washers to see if they actually using hot or warm water. But for the month of early June 2021? NO HOT WATER. I never dropped my clothes and do it myself. BEWARE,, NO HOT WATER FOR THE WASHING MACHINES. NOt sure how long this has been going on.🇺🇸 6/15/2021

Dont go to this place, ever! Their machines dont have proper maintenance and will destroy your clothes! Their dryer destroyed 9 items of my clothes and they didnt even recognize it. They offered to clean again the clothes that they must have immediately seen were burnt (rusty stains!), because after one and a half hours the clothes were still wet, so there was for sure a problem with that dryer. It must also be the filthiest laundromat in the area: the floor is incredibly dirty, they must clean it once a year!

Never did my laundry here, but the arcade selection is pretty great!They have a Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga machine, A Pirates of the Caribbean pinball table, and they seem to rotate in other games every now & then.They also have an ice cream vending machine, a soda machine, a claw machine, and a couple of gumball machines.I dont know anything about the laundry side of things, other than the store has seemed clean any time Ive went in. In any case, this is a good place to drop by if youre in the area already and looking for a quick arcade fix.

State of the art I think not I went there every week to do laundry and there is a person who uses almost every washer and uses 15 dryers I called to complain and they would rather loose a customer that went there faithfully every week for almost 10 years then tell the person who uses 15 dryers once a month that it is unacceptable to take up that many dryers. The woman that answered the phone said it depends how much wash I had, so I have to cut down on my two washers and two dryers for this person that chooses to come in once a month are you kidding me. Take it from me go somewhere else when I find a place I will come back and post it. I wish I could have given it zero stars because thats what they deserve not taking care of the ones who actually help pay there Bills every week they would rather have one person a month then a loyal customer that went every week that is so sad.

Unbelievable how much you all cry and give bad reviews, literally had no problems. Quick and easy and everything worked. Believe me I’ve lived all over the island, selden is the least of your problems if you think this is a bad location.

State of the art?? Far from it. Now as for the rip off vending machines. Deposited money for Cracker Jacks in the candy machine the box came out opened and retaped with scotch tape. Told the attendant all i got was DAH! Then tried my luck in ice cream vending machine, said 1.50 Put in 1.50 asked for 50. more. Added .50. Got nothing, figured it was out. then added 1.00 more for ice cream sandwich. Got nothing. Just the fact i was ripped off by this geto they call a laundromat. Never come here again. Think my cloths were cleaner when they came in.

Can you believe this? Their policy is you must wash clothes there or you cannot use dryer. Really? At 8:30 am no one is there and I was chased out. My my what kind of place is this? Was I not the right type to use their machines? State of I dont need your business Laundromat!

Nothing special. Just a normal rundown laundrymat. The hours are decent though, and there is a lot of good food, a gym, and grocery stores near by. Run errands instead of waiting there.

Half the machines wont work and those that do will not work properly. Today I was informed that there will be no hot water. I put money in a dryer for 40 minutes, came back and it was still sopping wet. The attendant laughed at the situation. This place is a ghetto, especially with the junkies hanging out front. Stay away from this rip off

I dont appreciate foul mouthed people while I am doing my wash. Thank God my 4 yr old wasnt present with us.

I hate this laundromat but its the closet to my house. The help is not helpful and theyre a bit rude. The machines are constantly breaking down and the quarters are always getting stuck, you have to bang on machine to get your quarter back. The only good part is that they have a lot of machines and dryers so you usually dont have to wait. I would recommend using a different laundromat.

Stay away! EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE machines! and there is no difference between cheap machines and this overly priced auto service. BS!!

If i could give NO stars I would. We took our comforters and two shirts here to be cleaned - PAID IN ADVANCE, my husband goes to pick up the laundry and ONLY the shirts are clean. DESPITE the invoice saying two comforters. They played dumb and acted like they had no idea what was going on. I have been trying to call for 15 minutes and have YET to get someone to pick up the phone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE & THE MONEY.

Not State of the Art by any stretch of the imagination. The staff is obnoxious, the place filthy, and in a HORRIBLE area. Homeless people live behind the store, and constantly beg for money in the parking lot.
