We hired First Class Wood Flooring to rip up and install new red oak flooring on the first floor of our home as well as sand and stain additional areas. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with the quality of the wood and the finish. Helped in choosing the right stain too. My husband and I purchased our first home in December, and one of our first projects was to rip up the old carpet in our upstairs and put down wood flooring. We never expected how difficult it would be to find a company that we were comfortable with doing the job. We interviewed multiple flooring companies and received a number of estimates, but each company we met with left us more nervous than when we first started. Finally, after our 4th flooring company came and went, we were referred to First Class Flooring. We immediately knew that this was going to work for us because of their follow-up, professionalism, and general knowledge about the job we wanted done. The price was right for us, so we decided to move ahead with having hard wood oak floors laid down. The job was broken into two separate segments; first to lay the floor, and second to sand and stain. Each job consisted of two different two man crews, both of which worked fast, hard, and very clean. The job was also overseen on multiple occasions by Chris Orlando, the owner of First Class Flooring and the person who originally gave us a quote. Because I was concerned over choosing the right color for my house, Chris also went as far as to come to my home the morning of our final day to discuss my staining options and to ensure that I picked the right one. Rebecca, the person who handles the scheduling and coordination for First Class, even gave my husband and I both a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the work.Our floors are now done, and they have completely changed the landscape of our home. My husband and I could not be happier and highly recommend First Class Flooring to anyone that has the same concerns that we did. Chris and his crew are excellent. They installed new hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the den. The rest of the house had a 20yr old hardwood floor in bad condition. They refinished the whole floor (old and new) and the results were amazing, you cant tell the difference between the old and new floor. They also helped me pick the color I needed to achieve the look I was looking for. Their customer service is the best and the cost was affordable. I had 3 quotes and they were the best in terms of cost, schedule and service. I am very picky and a perfectionist. They were able to answer all my questions and deliver all I requested. I am very pleased and I am not easy to please. I really recommend First Class Wood Flooring.

First Class did a great job both sanding and staining our wood floors and installing our new Kitchen Floor.Chris explained the process completely, showed up at the job, and responded when we had questions or concerns. The installers were great as well. I definitely reccommend using First Class!

I spent many hours researching Hardwood flooring companies for my home renovation. I didnt want to hire just any fly by night guy & I wanted to steer away from big corporations like Home depot & Lowes. A friend of mine recommended using First Class Wood Flooring because they had recently done her entire home & was extremely pleased with there work. I looked on there website and learned that they have been in business for over 18 years, which to me was a very attractive quality! The office was very professional from start to finish, they were on top of everything and called to remind me of all appointments we had scheduled. The workers we very neat and professional as well.
