I’m the boyfriend from the last review. If you knew that the frame was broken and the motherboard was broken why wouldn’t you say that and not tell me in the first place? You knew it wasn’t going to work and it was an easy way to make some money. You’re a ripoff. Next time be honest and say hey I can replace it but it won’t work. You now cost me $250 to replace the hole phone because your screen overheated the phone and now the phone doesn’t even turn on. Great customer service.

My Samsung Note 20 Ultra screen went black randomly. Cell Doc figured out it was a broken screen, was able to order the part and have it fixed within 24 hours. Definitely recommend!

Honestly today was my second time experiencing them and the service was great as the first time. They always provide quick and affordable service. Today I had Fred who literally took 5 minutes to fix my problem. If you ever need any mobile device to repair, come to them! Highly recommended.

Boyfriend Went here to get a phone screen fixed charged 180 when I got home the phone overheated and went black. When I went back he wouldnt reimburse me the full amount I paid or fix the phone. He put the old screen back on and said hes keeping 30 for service. Then blamed my issue on my motherboard🤣 such a joke!!! I dont recommend this to anyone they keep your money! Completely unprofessional!

The guy who works there is great! Takes good care of returning customers. His prices are really good and he has always been able to fix my phone. From screen repairs and replacements, water damage, new speaker, new charging ports and I have even bought a new phone from him. 10/10 would recommend his services! This place is extremely professional. Quick service and great pricing. I drop my phone a lot and am usually in and out as they fix it. (Usually under 15 minutes for a screen repair). And their pricing is half what I see at other shops. Highly recommend!!!

Long story short, my phone ended up being accidentally washed for 20 minutes in a washing machine with a load of laundry. I thought my phone and all my pictures, notes, music, etc. were gone but somehow Cell-Doc was able to revive my phone! Super happy that I decided to trust them with my phone! Will definitely be a returning customer if needed.

My phone got pulled in by the ocean 24 hours later would not turn on... I brought it here and he was able to take it apart and take pieces from another phone to fix it. Didn’t lose any information or my pictures. Amazing experience couldn’t thank him enough!!

This place is great! I went in to get my screen replaced since I cracked mine and the gentleman at the desk was so nice and polite. He fixed my screen in about 15 minutes and also applied my screen cover. All for only $80.00! I totally recommend going here.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY GIVE OUT BAD SCREENS. Your phone will look great but trust me it won’t work in time. My phone wouldn’t read my fingerprints and would start doing things by itself. It was horrible. I brought it to the Apple store and they said I had a really bad screen. I went to get my money back and the guy there was SO RUDE and knew I caught onto his scam. Please save your money or you’ll end up wasting it like I did.

I needed a screen replaced on my Iphone 8plus. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The service tech was very knowledgeable and was done accurately and quickly. With the service I was also given a screen protector at a discounted rate. Overall great experience. Good business practice.

My phone fell into my pool and I lost all hope that my phone would be functional again...especially after I went to AT&T and the Apple store and neither provided me with any positive feedback. I brought my water damaged phone to the Cell Doc and within 24 hours my phone was fully functional again after they replaced my battery. Not only were they thorough, however, they were professional and speedy; plus they saved me at least $200!! I highly recommend this location and will definitely return if I ever am in need of a repair! So thankful that they were able to save my phone!

My experience at cell doc was by far the best it could have been. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy in the end. He must have tried 10 different things to make one phone work out of the three broken ones I had. There should be more business owners like this guy. Came in for battery repair on iPhone 6s+. The owner fixed it in front of me. Next day had issues with my camera and speaker, he graciously fixed those as well and wasn’t t going to charge me anything. I only paid for price of the part. Good place, honest

I have used Cell Doc several times in the past year for battery replacements, and screen replacements. They did a great job! Dont believe the post from user D. All the other reviews are 5 star including mine and this guy D in my opinion is lying! I simply cant believe that out of 27 reviews that are all 5 stars and with my personal experience on 4 visits with this company that Ds review can be true! I would without hesitation highly recommend Cell doc!

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2. I was having issues with the charging port on my phone and decided to bring it here for repair back in July 2019. I figured while they were at it they should replace the battery also.I had patronized this establishment before and was pleased with their work. Hence the reason to return. Anyway, My Motorola was repaired and was told if I had any issues to return and they would take care of it. After about a month the battery wouldnt charge properly. It would take 8-10 hours to charge fully. I switched chargers thinking that may be the problem. It wasnt. I called the store and explained the problem. I was told that I needed a new battery because the one they installed may be defective. I was told a battery would be ordered and I would be contacted when it arrived. A few weeks went by and I didnt hear anything. I called and was told it hadnt arrived. How long does it take to receive items in this day and age. After posting this review I was contacted by the manager. He was not the one I was dealing with because he was away on vacation. I went into the store today 10/11/2019 and the manager was very understanding and helpful. I did recognize him because he was the one I always dealt with when I visited the store in the past. He was always professional and today he did not disappoint. Athough the issue with my phone was not corrected fully. I understand old phones sometimes have to be put to rest. I would recommend this place for repair. I just suggest that if you have an odd issue with your phone that you try to deal with the manager. He is skilled and knowledgeble and very professional.

Messed up my LCD display after my phone took a bad drop. Went here after going to another place that needed to order it, and this place had the part in stock. Took him a quick half hour to repair it, and it seemed very fairly priced, compared to other places of the sort. 10/10 would come here again.

Brought in my iPhone 6 which had a back light issue(the screen didnt light up) phone powered on fine, vibrated and you could see the Apple logo. I was told it would be less then a week to have it repaired. He claimed he sent the phone to Riverhead to get it fixed. I inquired about the phone several times and kept getting different stories. Finally after I told him I wanted the phone back(this was 3 weeks later) I get it back totally dead, no life, no logo no vibration, nothing. He then proceed to tell me the phone was never working when I brought it to him in the first place. He plugged it into his laptop to verify it was working tested the vibration feature to ensure it had power but it was a back light issue prior to him taking a deposit to send the phone out to be repaired . He accused me of trying to get something from him when all I asked was to give me the phone back in the same condition I brought it to him. He then argued with me and told me to leave his store because he was a great person. This guy is nothing but a crook and liar. Please dont waste your time effort and money. I dont want you to end up in a worse situation like me.

These guys fixed my sons Samsung tablet (which was unable to charge). We thought that the tablet was broken and beyond fixing after speaking to another company that does repairs. These guys fixed my sons tablet, for a very reasonable price, answered all our questions. The tablet was fixed within 24 hrs and saved us a bunch of money.

Replaced my slightly cracked lg g3 screen with one from a donor phone in literally 20 minutes!!! My phone is all black and the frame on the replacement glass was gold but who cares! Beats waiting for an ordered one or paying $700 for a new model. 5 stars!!!

I went to two other stores who either couldnt fix my s7 edge screen, charged me close the same price as the phone itself, or had a wait time of a week. Its a difficult screen to fix and he not only did it efficiently but got my phone back to me the very next day even though he had to ship in my parts. 5 stars
