When I called Professional Carpet Systems, I wasnt very optimistic. My boyfriend had been living in this apartment for over 5 years and he was told that a mounted cleaner couldnt reach his apartment. Nick proved us wrong and completely wowed us with an amazing transformation. Our carpets were terrible and by the time he finished I was already asking him to addon a car cleaning/detailing too. Im giving his information to all my friends and family.

These guys are fantastic. We originally had them scheduled to come two weeks ago to clean our carpets but my wife had to go into emergency surgery. We were not home when they arrived and there was no issues at all to reschedule. When they came today the owner, Nick, was so friendly and thoughtful. My wife is very happy and we both felt he truly cared. The carpets look outstanding and Im equally impressed by the customer service. Easiest 5 star review Ive given in a while!

Nick did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! So professional and nice! Our carpets are pretty old and have been through a lot over the years (pets, kids) and they havent been this clean since they were brand new. After they left, I called to say I forgot to mention I wanted something cleaned and Nick came back the same day and cleaned the area, and even went back over a couple of particularly worn areas of the carpet that he had already cleaned, without charging anything more. They gave us a bottle of carpet cleaning solution for free as well. Overall amazing and timely service! I would recommend this business to anyone!

Not only did they get the wax out of our den carpet and the stains on our dining room area rug, they cleaned the carpet on the stairway and landing upstairs, the area rug in our study, the runner in our upstairs closet but the most amazing thing to me in spite of all of this was I had them clean the grout in our upstairs bathroom and it looks like new!
