Connie was extremely helpful and did a great job with my tax return but needs to keep her schedule appointments. I had a 3:30pm appointment on 4/8/2021 and when I had arrived @ 3:25pm I was told that it would be a very long time before she could see me due to the owner / management over-booking other customers. I had to reschedule for the next morning @ 10:30am. I wasted not only my time but as well as my gas to travel an hour for this appointment. No one considered calling me to confirm my appointment nor reschedule my appointment. However, Connie did go over and beyond to get me a discount on the services render. I do thank her for that.

Dana Perez is very knowledgeable of the current tax laws. She has always made quick work of filing our tax returns. We have confidence that our return is accurate because of her ability.

Horrible. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Understaffed and acts like its no big deal and that everyone should wait for them to be ready. Had an appointment and was still expected to wait. Not cool at all considering I work 12 hour days and basically have no time to myself and now you want me to wait to file taxes? I dont even know anyone who likes filing their taxes. Went home and did it on the website. Afterward was contacted and asked about an appointment on 3 different occasions and when my wife called back they said they had no appointment and no record of us even though we filed the year before there. Worst tax place ever

But I was wrong, im a truck driver this year and called them (Seguin branch, on east walnut st.) to make an appointment for my one day off and they absolutely would not accommodate my wife and I. Shame on your poor business practices. Youve lost a family of loyal customers for life!
