Well where do I begin. I recently moved to Seguin from New Mexico and being no stranger to water issues, such as hard water, polluted water and toxic water, I knew that I had to install a softener and a filtration system. After 20 hours speaking with colleagues, manufacturers, scientists and chemists, I finally settled on the ProPur whole house filtration and structuring system by Highbrow Filters out of Florida . This system received everything including fluoride and PFOAs and so I had to have this system. As a doctor who understands the importance of toxicity I knew that my water was crucial to my health. I hired ME Plumbing out of Seguin to install tours this system and set up the piping and all I can say is Wow !! Ryan and J.P are the best. So professional, very respectful and very transparent about everything there we’re doing. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste time trying to find a plumber in the San Antonio, South Austin Area. If you live out here you’re best bet is ME Plumbing . I highly encourage you to not waste another second on getting quotes. Hire ME today for all your plumbing needs.

Called ME Plumbing for an emergency service on Sunday. They were out within two hours, called to ask about what the exact problem involved to ensure they had the correct parts with them to fix it. The service techs were polite, professional and got right to business repairing the leak. We will definitely call again for our plumbing needs.

We had a weekend emergency and needed service. Unlike other companies we called - they answered right away to determine our need and someone called back quickly to let us know someone would be on their way. They also texted when they were on their way out.

I have an officially had this company do the work yet however they did come out to do an estimate and a quote for me on installing a water filtration system and a water softening system for my new home and the two gentleman that showed up were extremely polite and respectful and I would highly recommend this company to do any of your plumbing work or needs

ME Plumbing did excellent work on our home repairing a sewer leak under the foundation. There staff is professional and responded quickly. Our repair began on the Friday before the big snow event and we did not have water for several days which delayed any repair. ME Plumbing needed water to locate the leak. The owner of the Company was in daily contact with us to schedule a time to locate the sewer leak and repair. As soon as we had water a crew came and repairs began. They did an amazing job juggling schedules to get our home up and running. I would highly recommend them. Good group of people.

Edit to add: No my name isnt on file. It is my mothers, but that is irrelevant. I got another bill for $260. Two separate bills for one partially finished job?We had an outside pipe bust. M.E. came out. They couldnt find our main shut off valve so they cut the pipe and capped it so we could find the main valve ourselves. But late that next evening the cap came right off and water was gushing again. They hadnt used cement to put the cap on. You would think they would have known to do that. How were they expecting the cap to remain on with the water pressure? We ended up having to run to home depot to get the cement and secure the cap on ourselves. This was something.the professionals should have done. The plumbers were nice and came promptly, but the lack of commen sense is why I am.only.giving 3 stars. Especially when they expect me to pay $160 for an unsecured cap.

3 days ago we noticed our tankless water heaters pipes had burst. We immediately called M.E and they scheduled us for 2 days out. Considering the circumstances, that was amazing news. Due to the unforeseen situation that the state was experiencing from the freezing temperatures. Many individuals & families were having their water pipes freezing up or being frozen. M.E. Plumbing were not able to come out on the first day due to overwhelming calls & work orders. Fortunately, an individual from their organization was able to arrive the next day after 12 noon. He reviewed the situation & had to go to a hardware establishment to acquire the parts that he needed. He completed the job within a minimum amount of time. The charge for the work was very reasonable. Great job.

We had lost water pressure on the hot side, with water still heating. We drained the water heater ourselves to see if it would help, but we still had no pressure and then no heating. We called and were given the first available appointment the following afternoon. They ended up calling the same day to say then had a plumbing crew freed up to come out, but we were at an appointment. Even though we had an afternoon appointment the next day, they called first thing in the morning to say a crew was headed out. JJ and his helper were very friendly, professional, fast, and determined through their checks that it was, in fact, that the 11 year old water heater was gone! They gave us the option to get and install one ourselves or to have them pick one up and install it. They gave us the price up front for us to make our decision. We decided that it would be faster and fore efficient for them to do. We are out in the country and were pleasantly surprised that they were back way faster than we could have gone to town and picked one up for. It was installed and working in no-time, they did the heavy lifting and took the old water heater with them. We appreciate the great service, the very nice customer service when calling in, and we will certainly use them again if we need any assistance with plumbing in the future. Great job ME!

ME Plumbing was very accommodating. I discovered water in my living room on Wednesday and ME Plumbing was able to send a crew on Friday to repair the leaking pipe.

First of all Denise, the receptionist, was patient and kind and listened to my horrible story of our homeowners insurance on our new home, (new to us) send plumbers to repair backed up drains/sewage/backed up into our bathtubs… 5 days of waiting and dealing with it! The homeowners insurance designated plumbers did a below average job and didn’t unclog the sewage drain at all. They used a snake but didn’t even try to do it correctly obviously because we had to call for help. From the right company! EM plumbing is amazing and JJ did it well and right and didn’t go overboard with doing something that would have been more costly AND unnecessary. I’m SO grateful to move here and find honest, and excellent plumbers.

A water leak was found on our property in an area where two residences water lines are in the same ditch. Leak was found by 8am Friday morning. M E Plumbing was called, and has previous knowledge of the water lines before, arrive about 11am. I personally found and flagged the leak for them before they arrived and had water turned off. M E Plumbing showed up to repair, dug up the line and realized they did not have the parts to repair with them. Told the clients that they don’t have what it takes to repair and informs them that they DO NOT work on the weekend and told them they would be back on Monday and left. The client is an ELDERLY handicapped man who can not walk. This was a poor and unprofessional decision on their part. It is inhuman I will and would not use this business regardless.

Cameron installed an antique kitchen sink in a restored house on our property. It was a difficult job requiring installing and removing the sink, (which weighed at least 150 lbs)several times to install it properly. He did the job without a complaint and was very courteous. It was a pleasure to have him do the job. He is a great asset for your company.

I called and left a message for a return call as I needed to have my property/house checked for leaks since my water bill was twice as high as normal. Springs Hill Water Supply were accommodating and checked and determined that the leak was on my side. I never received a return call.

ME Plumbing was previoysly professional, experienced, knowledgeable and they did excellent work. They used to be reliable, showing up for their appointments on time and calling when they are on their way. They would answer customer questions and were responsive to customer needs. Their 24/7 service had been a life saver especially as an owner of an older home. As a former long time customer, I would continue to use them for all my plumbing needs, however their plumbers are afraid of chickens and crawling under a pier & beam house to determine where the leak was, so they left me high & dry without water to my house after 4 weeks. It appears they would rather lose a customer then find another plumber. Im sorry they left me at such a critical time after this freezes damages but they lost a lifelong customer who will no longer recommend or use them.

My backyard tree’s roots regularly block our main sewer drain line. I called at 1030 am. They scheduled my service call for the next day. To my excitement, they called at 244 pm and asked if they could come by. They unclogged the drain line by 345 pm. I’m a repeat customer for every time the plumbing backs up. I have been exclusively using ME Plumbing for 13 + years. They are the BEST in Seguin. I recommend them to everyone that needs HONEST, FAST, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, plumbing.Thanks Cameron and Josh for coming out today.

ME repaired a crack in my outlet to septic due to lifting my house 4. They had to dig and chip concrete because cracked pipe was in the foundation. Josh and Cameron looked like 911 survivors as they emerged from all the chipping dust...all you could see were teeth and eyes! They stayed till job was done so that we had use of toilets and showers that night. ME also called me to inform me they accidentally over charged me for chipping- very honest company because i would have never known, but integrity is important to these guys...highly recommend ME.

Plumber from ME Plumbing, JJ, called when he and his assistant were on the way to our home, several hours earlier than expected! They handled the clog in our gray water drain line very quickly and further diagnosed why we were having the frequent clogging problem to begin with. Plumbing had 24hr phone service, and I got a call back first thing Monday morning from a pleasant associate, who scheduled my service for that morning! Needed to have a bath tub installed. They came out the same day I called and their price was 75 percent less than another company had quoted me. Staff was friendly and nice. Will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Work was completed BUT, watch for HIDDEN FEES! They dont tell you that their hourly rate INCLUDES the drivers drive time from the previous house to yours. The rate shouldnt be indicative of where the previous home is. Also, be sure and check time as they didnt have our time correct. 8-11 and didnt show up until 1130. However, I will say after a bit of back and forth they were willing to work with us on the rates.

We had J.J. and Jackson come out to our house today and I cannot say enough how thankful I am they did. They werent scheduled til tomorrow morning but when I got a call asking if they could come by then and there I said yes and I am so glad I did. We had a leak in our wall from a hot water pipe that turns out has the same WRONG glue the rest of the house probably does as well. They fixed the leaky joint, and two couplings with the proper glue and gave great advice on how to move forward with the rest of the repairs. They were very courteous and even made sure to wear masks the entire time and wipe off their wet boots/shoes on the mat before coming inside. J.J. explained everything to me that I asked about and showed me exactly what he did and why. The hole they had to make will be very easy to repair just like I asked and they met every expectation I had and then some. This whole process prevented us from needing to call HO insurance and saved us so much money! When I first called they explained all the rates and any costs that I could accrue and were very understanding of my limited knowledge while trying to explain the problem.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. My sink had a really nasty clog, I had hired M.E. Plumbing a couple of years ago and they were professional, courteous and down to earth. So making a call to them was absolutely a no brainier. I was told they could get to me the same day between 10-12. At exactly 10:00 a.m. David showed up and got right to work was very knowledgeable and was out the door within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem gave me some great advice on what to do and the pricing was very reasonable. Within the hour I was doing laundry and a load of dishes. M.E. This plumbing business was great! Our over 10 yrs old gas water heater decided to give out one morning & we had water pouring out the top & into our garage. 😱 (Thankfully it only started that morning.)I initially called a previous plumber we had used & they couldnt get anyone out to us for 2 more days!! 🤨So, I followed the recommendations of several neighbors left on a Nextdoor post.We werent disappointed. M.E. Plumbing was able to get someone out after lunch, which turned out to be a few minutes after 1PM. 😀After hearing where it was leaking from, they told me what I already knew, we needed a new unit & to bring some things up to code in the closet. Turns out they could do it that day. They measured everything they could to make sure they brought back a heater that fit into the narrow door, but kept us close to the same capacity. Despite having to pull a city work permit, get a water heater & other needed supplies, then coming back to do all the work- they left my house by 4:30 with instructions to call immediately if anything went wrong or the water wasnt hot within a certain amount of time. (They have 24 hr service!)Both plumbers were courteous, answered my questions about using a different type of water heater & why it wasnt a good option for us.We now have a new plumbing company & will be 1 more household that recommends their services.Thanks M.E. In all good concious I can not justify leaving a 5 star rating. The reason for that is in my opinion even 10 stars is not enough. M. E. Plumbing is without a doubt the most professional company I have delt with in the last 60 years. Robert and crew will exceed your expectations as they did ours.

Needed prompt help for emergent sewage backflow into showers and rooms. ME took the after-hours call promptly, guided us through the urgency efforts via phone and the crew showed up a bit before the scheduled time the next morning. Courteous and efficient technicians that ran a clean, quick job after setting expectations. Fortunately, it wasnt roots or a dead septic system. We sure appreciated their approach and their efforts.

Late Saturday afternoon we had a swamp appear next to our foundation and garage. I called ME and Eric and Justin were there and worked diligently until almost midnight. We had a hot water leak in foundation and called M.E. Plumbing. JJ and Hunter came out at 8:30 as promised. They got right to work, they knew what they were doing and completed the job in 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job and would highly recommend them.

Quickly evaluated condition of underground plumbing of the buildings my church just acquired.

After reading the reviews I opted for M.E. Plumbing over the competition. It seemed that while there had been reports of personality issues with scheduling of service the services themselves were generally completed competently.After arriving at my driveway M.E. Plumbing decided that my driveway was too abusive for their service vehicle to navigate and further elected to inform my renter they were not even going to try to make the appointment to service the house. They also lied to my tenant by saying that I had been informed of this. My tenant contacted me with this information and was not surprised that I had not actually been contacted at all.I then called the office of M.E. Plumbing and confirmed that the service truck was returning to the office but only to get an ADDITIONAL smaller vehicle to ferry staff and equipment between the service truck and my house. I was informed this would add to the drive time so it could be a full hour of labor just to get to my house. At 20 minutes of drive time and 3 trips being 1. the original drive, 2. the return for the smaller vehicle and 3. the subsequent return, the math held up. Since I had already opened up the wall, identified the leak, removed the water heater to allow access, and cut out the plate and stud that impeded access to the leak I figured this would be about the same as the hour travel time. Instead I was charged 2 hours of travel time. The M.E. Plumbing staff did arrive at 10 but what they did for the other hour remains undefined and certainly should not be billed to me. If they had to off-load, prep, or in anyway configure the other vehicle that should be on their time not mine.When I questioned the charges they reduced the labor time from 4 hours to 3.75 hours. I made light of this paltry adjustment at which the M.E. Plumbing agent yelled, “If you would maintain your driveway this wouldn’t have been an issue!”.UPDATE:So after the initial disagreements about property access and billing THE LEAK WAS STILL THERE.I called M.E. Plumbing to request a full refund and took the day off work to fix the problem myself. The owner of M.E Plumbing called me and kindly requested to visit the house and review the work that was done to better understand the situation. I fully supported the postmortem analysis and I wanted to get his reaction to my issues in person.I found the owner an affable fellow and personally enjoyed my interaction with him. To his credit he walked into a situation where a very displeased client had an honest grievance and he handled it professionally. The owner agreed my driveway not as bad as advertised and was personally dissatisfied with the companies performance when I demonstrated the leak.I accepted his offer to rectify the situation.Later that day the original crew returned, the van made it all the way to the house, and bypassed the slab leak. My tenant again has hot water and is no longer flooded.While it was a rocky start I was happy with the willingness to admit and rectify mistakes in a timely manner.I will use M.E. Plumbing in the future.

I tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt, I figured their bad ratings were just uptight people; but I was wrong. The ME in the company name must refer to just who it is this company cares about from their own perspective. Clearly they are not interested in helping customers with issues. I called their San Marcos number 3 times and was greeted by a gruff and obviously annoyed old man the first time, where he muttered an incomprehensible greeting through a tin can and some string. When I tried to say hello to see if he could even hear me, he outright hung up. The second call was answered and then immediately hung up, without a word. The third call I actually got to talk to the boy (because a man does not act like that) and he said he had no one to get to it today and didnt even offer to send someone out another time. When I asked when they could get to it, he said tomorrow and refused to give me a time saying I have other things to do tomorrow.This is extremely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on Michael Edwards and his employees. I will never use this company, nor any of its contracted plumbers if I know they are affiliated. This is embarrassing and treating potential customers in such a rude manner is disgusting.I can only hope that these complaints are heard or read by anyone else and they are able to make a better informed decision based on it.

Made an appt with them to clear a stoppage in my drain line. They arrived on time, and were very polite. They spent time explaining the steps they were doing, and answered a ton of questions. They also worked quickly to get the drains cleared. Definitely better than the competition! I highly recommend them.

Brian and Cody came out within an hour of calling them. They asked questions about what was going on and immediately went in and fixed the problem by removing the toilet and snaking the lines to include the shower. To make sure the problem was fixed they asked us to run water upstairs and downstairs so they could check for correct drainage and no leaks. Before leaving they took the time to clean the shower and floor around the toilet with disinfectant cleaner and everything they were in contact with as well as asking if we had any questions for them.These two guys were very polite and professional and we would recommend ME Plumbing to anyone.

We had a commode overflowing and they were there in less than hour. They were very professional and did their job very well. After removing backed up sewer in the shower and commode, they removed the commode and unstopped the drain. They reset the commode and cleaned the shower and bath room floor and disinfected floor and shower. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.
