Most friendly staff ever. I always come back to this location.

By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Both the male and female on separate Occasions have been rude and had an attitude.

When my package for college arrived they shoved the box in my mail box which is tiny and damaged my school work :(

I normally dont have a problem with the post office they are on time, and for some reason out of all days. They decide to deliver a package to me, and stuffed it in my mailbox, and bc i live in apartemnt complex i have multiple mailboxs attached to it i couldnt get the package out . so when i called the office to tell them i sat on hold for an hour.

They go above and beyond to help u with what ever ur needs are.

I have had multiple problems with packages being delivered to my address but they sure don’t have a problem delivering ads to me. Four times I have lost packages due to their negligence. That’s my money down the drain, all they do is, “investigate” and then never contact us. Whenever we come to ask questions about where our packages are, nine times out of ten it is the Mexican lady with the winged liner at the counter and she gives nothing but attitude. They need to restaff this place because who knows how many people lose their mail everyday because of them.

They wont deliver mail if you have anything in the yard 5 towns over. Literally watched the guy weave in with ample room and then speed off for us to chase him down the road. He said its bc the car was in the way...again I literally watched him weave right next to our mailbox and speed off... Any excuse to just speed through the day they will take it and then blame the box being blocked. Pretty sure today was bc my garbage can was within 100yds of my mailbox.

UPDATE: I received a phone call with an apology and guarantee from a caring employee at the Seguin Post Office on a Sunday stating that this issue would be addressed and that my package will be delivered when we are available. It is unfortunate that the products company chose USPS as their carrier in hopes it would arrive earlier, yet due to staff incompetence, it still gets delayed. I am thankful for the assistance from both Amazon, USPS, and the Seguin Post office in addressing this issue. Changing my rating to 4/5 from 1/5.I would give a 0 if I could. Three times a notice for a missed delivery was left on our door when we were home all day. They didnt ring our doorbell, knock on the door, or anything! There was even a car in front of our house! How hard is your job that you cant even check to see if people are home? I am a healthcare provider and am very busy driving 3 hours each day to work. Am I supposee to stand outside my door all day waiting for my mail? I dont have time to waste to pick up a package that I paid to be delivered to my door either. If I cared for my patients with the same neglect and disregard PEOPLE WOULD DIE! This is so frustrating. You can be sure USPS and amazon will hear about this horrible service!

I sat on hold for an hour and 15 min FOR NOBODY TO ANSWER!!!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION THE MAIL PERSON IS BRINGING OUR MAIL 5 DAYS AFTER ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND NEEDS TO ME FIXED!!!!!!!
