LOVE this little location in Seguin, TX! Friendly staff, interesting and engaging local gym members. Equipment is well cared for and the location is convenient and seldom crowded.

Me and a girlfriend have been working out here for the past 5 weeks and the staff is always so friendly and professional. We are always greeted when we walk in and as we are walking out. We always feel right at home and are so comfortable at this gym.

I enjoy working out in a friendly place where taking care of everyone is first and foremost.

There was two guys just following my girlfriend consistently! These dudes didn’t stop being the worst gym member ever and worse yet THE GYM DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.Stay away if you can afford to

Was disappointed to see several people sitting on equipment on their phones. If your going to play on your phone get off the machines. Other then that its a nice place to work out very clean

The facility is alwyas clean, it truly is a no judgment zone, and the staff is amazing! We are always greeted with enthusiasm and made to feel welcome.

Well its clean! Very few people... and I work out free because of my insurance... plus they have massage chairs and beds! I always need a massage!

Not bad for a not gym. I work out here with a friend who has the membership that allows you to bring a guest. Thats pretty cool... this is the only gym I know of that does that. Staff is super friendly and its a good size space with PLENTY of cardio equipment.

I miss the rowing machine, and I really wish theyd go back to 24 hr like other PFs. Will change rating when the hours go back to normal (or an actual real 24/7, which would be even better).

Showed up at 6 AM to work out and none of the workers showed up for work. Lots of people were waiting in the parking lot for them to show up. Finally had to leave without getting to work out today because they didnt show up. Totally unprofessional.

I love that with the membership I signed up for I can visit any of their PF gyms. The staff is friendly, Austin R. in New Braunfels explained everything to us and gave us a walk through. Made the whole process easy to sign up for.

If your looking for a national chain or franchise gym in the Seguin area, Planet Fitness is by far your best option in the area, no question. I had a membership at one point and I have nothing but great memories. The managers/staff were professional, really nice and never bothersome. The gym membership was priced great and it was clean as could be with a very welcoming environment for all. Overall, if your looking for a national chain or franchise gym with a well known name, Planet Fitness is the gym you want to go to.

I love the friendly staff especially Ruben at the Seguin, TX location has been very nice and helpful. Id like recognition to go to Ruben in Seguin, TX for great customer service and overall nice guy! Also the Treadmills, Hydromassage beds, and Total Body Enhancer.

Great place to workout very clean. $10 a month is a great price however the annual fee is a little misleading so read your contract.

This place is AMAZING! Everyone is so nice.I am always greeted with a smile, a hello and enjoy your your workout. Everything is always clean and the temperature is always JUST RIGHT! I enjoy seeing people from all walks of life exercising here at the Seguin PF. I especially enjoy it when grandpa adjusts the seat and weight limits for grandma. (Not my grandparents but they are too cute!) Its always nice to have a partner no matter what the task at hand is.I highly recommend this place.

The equipment seems to have been upgraded compared to when they first opened... the people are generally very friendly and if you dont waste their workout time by talking too much... the staff and the clientele are about 90% friendly... Some people wear headphones to avoid conversations... I used to do that... But I found out that rather than ignoring people you see everyday its always good to smile and say hello to everyone wherever I am! the atmosphere is laid back and everyone is polite and you cant beat the price... But to keep the price that low there is no wet area! Silver sneaker retirees can go there free! You cant beat that!

I really enjoy coming and doing my gym workouts at PF Seguin. The people who come to the facility are all nice and friendly. Sierra and her staff do an excellent job in keeping the gym clean and inviting.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can go in and exercise and not have to worry if someone is making fun of you because of your size.

I have just joined, so may change. The staff was very helpful and kind. I went later in the evening so there were not very many people. The machines are easy to figure out on your own. Very clean place!

Since joining Planet Fitness I have been very pleased with how the management takes care of the gym and how they treat the customers.I have been attending 5 days a week and enjoy every minute.

This location is convenient and the equipment works pretty good. It doesn’t have the trx equipment or bands or foam rollers or stair machines. There is no scale in the locker room. I think the locker room is pretty clean but the shower drains are clogged w hair and the back of the shower curtains are dirty. I do like the gym though the staff is pretty good. It’s never crowded when I go to this location. I think they need to change the filter on the water fountain as it is very crusty and scaly.

Very nice staff, great location. Has always been clean and ready to use. Locker rooms are great. No Free weight leg press or stair climbers, but otherwise all the equipment you will likely need is there.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I accidentally left my ring (which had a lot of sentimental value) in the tanning room. When I got home, I realized it was gone. I called Planet Fitness, Seguin, to ask if they had found it, and I was told yes, they have. A day later I showed up to pick it up, they said they had no clue what i was talking about and that I would have to come back later when a manager was present (to open the safe.) I called the very next day to speak to the manager, and she again said she had no clue what I was talking about and shed give me a call back... I never got a call back. So, thanks Planet Fitness, Seguin! I will be changing my home membership because of your thieves for a staff. Not once have I been treated with nice customer service. Had I been treated with nice customer service from the get go of even getting my membership (they acted as if I was a bother to them and I was inconveniencing their day). I will not be returning and I hope nobody leaves anything here accidentally. If its worth something, I guarantee you it will be stolen.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Machines are smooth and do an excellent job of working on specific muscle groups.

Its a gym that is genuinely founded on the concept of just making everything available to you. A membership here is far more cost effective than trying to build a garage gym and safer, too!

So, uhm...WOW! The extra star is for cleanliness, otherwise this location would be a 1.We walked in and were pounced on by a young man wanting to know exactly who we were and where we came from and why we were there.Even though I am a registered guest of my husband who is a black card member, he wanted to see ID.When we told him we dont carry anything into the gym that could be stolen he looked straight at me and informed me he usually threw people out that had no ID, but I was Okay.He then escorted my husband to the Mens room, when just pointing that direction would have been alot less creepy.Okay, so the location has been ticked out of our book. Yuck!

Very happy with my choice of gym. Its never packed and kept clean. The music they play is a little loud which makes it hard to hear my own music through my headphones.
