This company completely screwed me over today. We had a project booked in advance, and my manager had called multiple times to confirm the location, sent pictures, and everything. They did not show up at all Monday morning as originally scheduled. When my manager called, Ramirez said they can come tomorrow. This was a huge clean out job, discussed in detail ahead of time. Ramirez told me last minute the DAY OF that he couldn’t complete this job. Unprofessional. Not sure how y’all got so many 5 stars because this was highly disappointing. Don’t use this company!

I found Ramirez Junk Removal through Google on a Monday morning and they were able to come pick up an old riding lawn mower and other items that afternoon. He worked quickly and was professional. He also offered options for me for future junk removal at a reasonable price and I will certainly use them again. The neighbors were also impressed and will be using them too.

I booked this company to haul away about 100 + boxes the same week the winter storm hit. What a great experience we had. We are moving and needed to just simply purge. Ramirez Junk removal was there within 24hrs to drop off bins for us. Those started to fill quicker then I expected. I called Raquel and she had another 2 delivered shortly after. Once we finished, Alex came and removed everything very quickly and left it as if no trash had ever been there.
