Was sending MoneyGram and agent didnt know how to enter my reward number. She graciously spent time calling the customer help line and found out exactly how to do it while treating me with much courtesy.

Friendly staff however not honest. just cashed my stimulus check to be charged 85 dollars with no mention. fine. but I saw a coupon for 10 dollars off the fee and asked for it and Eva lied to my face and said she had applied it. my receipt and math disagree*** To my surprise I was contacted by the regional vp. he apologized for my negative experience and offered to reimburse my check cash fee in full. I was taken aback by the apparent effort to maintain complete customer satisfaction. Awesome to see, keep up the good work management

Crystal is absolutely amazing! She is always so helpful, kind, respectful, and an all around badass! I feel like weve know each other for a long time, but yet its only been a little over a year that Ive been using the services Ace offers! So in ending my review now, I would simply like to say thank you for always being so helpful, kind and understanding, with my sometimes not so smart self. May 12, 2020 went there to cash my stimulus check and started an ace flare account. Now heres today June 2, 2020 my husband was going to load more money on the card and i noticed my card was under someone elses name and address but my gmail and phone number was on the account. When i called to get it looked into the young girl working decided to give me attitude and proceeded to tell me she couldnt help me. And this was after i called the 1-800 number on the card and the person on the other end told me to call the store to figure out why this happened. Just spoke to a 4th rep from Ace. Headquarters and i was just given a number to report Identity theft. Thanks Ace I wont be going back to this location!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. “3% fee” for check cashing ended up in me being charged a $3.99 ENROLLMENT FEE just to use their service. I will not be back.

Service was brief, yet friendly.
