Steven and Augustine and their crew were so nice to work with. We experienced so much rain here in CT that this crew came up from Texas to help us dry out our soggy basement. They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this team!

Fernando, Sabrina, and Dancy did a great job handling the demolition and remediation work. They were open to questions and kept me informed throughout the process. They were able to get the work done quickly and did a good job. I will definitely be using Servpro for the reconstruction portion as well.

Travis, Sabrina and Augustine did an outstanding job removing bulk and personal items from the home.as well as cleaning designated areas. They kept me abreast of what was going on the whole time. This job was very large, dirty and time consuming; these steps could not be rushed. The three of them was very respectful during whole process. Michelle was also very helpful and coordinating the job.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Understandably, everyone is busy this time of year but there is never an excuse for poor customer service and for no shows. We wasted over a month of repair time waiting for them to actually show up and do the agreed upon work. We were left high and dry with not even a phone call to explain. We had to contact them just to be let down again. Once we informed them we would be finding a new company who would actually show up to start the work, they didnt even contact us to try to apologize or work something out. This is after I stayed home all day MULTIPLE times for them to never show. BUT, they had no problems calling over and over again to collect money for sending two young guys over to just assess the situation in the very beginning. They even failed to provide the information to the construction manager who I had to call after not hearing from him after a week and a half. We had to provide all the construction measurements etc because he hadnt received it. They even charged us for latex gloves and masks for their employees. They nicked and dimed us and NEVER DID A SINGLE thing to help us! So unorganized and so unprofessional. Theyre not interested in doing any work to help, just to collect as much money as they can for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!

Tony, Preston, and Auggie did an awesome job cleaning up the mess left by a water heater leak. They were polite, respectful and Tony was very patient about explaining the process and calming my stress. I would highly recommend these guys.

Servpro did an amazing job. From being here quick to being professional. They were able to get up all the water. They explained every step and worked with my insurance company no hassle. A few days later they came back and put everything back just as it was like it never happened. Steven and Mason we’re very knowledgeable and polite. The work is exceptional. After such a big storm all across Texas it was hard to get on anyones list. We were able to get on the Servpro list out of Seguin, and once they came they worked quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and professional, and did a great job. They hauled off all of the debris, and continued to come back and check on things to make sure that all was done to our liking. They did not try to rip off the insurance company, and tried to save as much wall as they could. They checked behind all walls to make sure there was no mold contamination growing. They sprayed all areas affected by the water to make sure that no mold growth starts. Very good group.

I own an insurance agency where I recommended Serve-Pro to my customer, and I also have my own personal experience with Serve Pro. Both Experiences were total disasters! The owner George Parsley had an opportunity to make things right with my customer, but refused to do the right thing, so I wanted to come on here as an Insurance Broker(for over 12 years) and tell you all to NEVER use this company for anything!My customer, who was also my sister and a fellow business owner of La Vernia, had a house fire gut her home. Not only did Serve-Pro try to do the absolute minimum in their workmanship, the employees also stole a bunch of her high value purses and items.After some time(weeks), they were finally recovered, but if the former supervisor, (who quit during the middle of this huge fire remediation because he could not work for George any longer) had not given her some documentation, the owner would have completely dismissed her claims of the missing items, which they tried to do at first, until the documentation was presented... Thank you COLE!Some employees also moved a smaller rolling dumpster right behind where my sister parked, when she went by the home to check upon the slow process, and she ended up backing into their dumpster and damaging her vehicle. A repair that was minimal, but still not her fault.Considering all that she had been through, and the 6 figure amount of money that Serve pro was receiving by way my recommendation and her insurance policy, George made sure to go out of his way to refuse any responsibility of his employees and once again did the wrong thing.I have made it a point to let every consumer on Google know what a morally bankrupt business he is running, and I have also made it a point to reach out to all the other insurance agencies in the area so they know NEVER EVER to use SERVE PRO, unless they want to lose their customers!

My carpets were taken up and replaced with linoleum planks. The dust coated everything and caused a severe asthma attack that required a hospital stay of 4 days. I called Serv-Pro from my hospital bed. They cleaned everything in my home (walls, ceiling, light fixtures, curtains and rugs, so that I could live at home again. I cant praise them enough. They were a godsend.

I will be moving into a house soon and shopped around for air duct cleaning services prior to moving my family in. From the moment I contacted Servpro I was greeted with great customer service. They were very responsive to my questions. They were on time and very professional. I am very happy with the service I received and would do business with Servpro again.

Daniel and Alex performed a PHENOMENAL job BOTH times they have had to provide service for a flooded basement. These gentlemen have been kind, courteous, and 200% professional about making sure the job was completed in a timely manner. We experienced some water damage from our kitchen sink and had Servpro come out to look at the damage and see what needed to be done.
